Legal Operations Analyst

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Legal Operations Analyst. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. The role will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of a broad range of initiatives across iRhythm and the Legal department, along with helping to support iRhythm’s contract management, spend management, and data management activities. The position will help support and work closely with the Legal team and iRhythm Business Partners to identify opportunities for improvement and help implement those changes.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Under direction of the Global Legal Operations Manager, the Legal Operations Analyst will help support daily operations required of the Legal team to ensure priority deliverables and goals are met accurately and timely.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify and drive ongoing improvements to programs, policies, and processes.
  • Develop reports and processes to assess activities and spend throughout the legal department
  • Prepare data and act as liaison to finance and accounting departments that explains, categorizes, and justifies legal department spend.
  • Maintain, support, and expand the legal team’s contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop playbooks and processes, generate reports, and implement data-driven strategies to control costs, forecast resource and budget needs, and monitor internal and external resource performance.
  • Maintain updated information on internal platforms to support and drive engagement with Legal and provide technical and training support as needed.
  • Coordinate delivery for departmental initiatives, partnering with our internal and external partners to assure that engagement is aligned and advances overall objectives.
  • Support mutually beneficial relationships and impactful engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to champion our brand, reputation, and objectives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualification:

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, finance, operations, project management, or analyst role.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in contract management, e-billing and matter management, content management platforms is preferred (DocuSign CLM is a plus).
  • 2-4+ years of experience in the field(s) of legal, contract management/administration, compliance, finance, operations, project management, process improvement, change management, vendor management, training, and/or healthcare.
  • Compelling storytelling skills, contract management, invoice/spend management, data management, analytics, and reporting, project management, process improvement, change management, training, and technical savviness is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical skills and Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated experience with project and prioritization management and associated software.
  • Experience building and managing relationships spanning across all roles, both internally and externally.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing projects, and delivering results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to be flexible and flourish through uncertainty, while also being proactive.
