The role

As our Demand Generation Marketer, you’ll help us scale a fast-growing B2B demand engine with credible product-market fit as we bring our innovative product to more businesses. As a key marketing team member, you will have outsized impact and ownership. You’ll be responsible for both the strategy and execution of building scalable and repeatable processes for generating demand across existing and new channels.

We’re looking for someone organized who loves to get things done with hands-on experience scaling acquisition channels, improving CAC, and implementing new growth strategies

Growth is the company’s #1 priority, and you’ll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. You will…

  • Optimize and scale paid acquisition channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, display-retargeting programs) and deliver a CAC that is better than the industry standard. 

  • Grow our non-paid inbound acquisition channels efficiently through strategy, execution, and optimization (website traffic and SEO).

  • Help the marketing team reach growth targets to achieve 10x growth. 

  • Strategize, maintain, and run our ABM/account-based marketing campaigns. 

  • Rapidly identify, test, and scale new channels (referrals, partnerships, co-marketing, outbound, and content) to that drive customer acquisition while meeting top-of-funnel pipeline targets,

  • Lead demand acceleration through the end-to-end funnel while improving conversation rates.

  • Own reporting for demand generation metrics from Salesforce, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, and proactively translate this data into actionable insights.

  • Collaborate on strategic plans for Resolve's growth and marketing.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product to successfully launch new product-centric and top-of-funnel campaigns that impact the entire funnel.

  • Stay on top of B2B marketing news and demand generation tools to discover and pursue new growth opportunities.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers and industry.

 

The ideal candidate is / has: 

  • Experience working on campaigns that target CFOs and/or accounting and finance leaders.

  • Experience in the fintech, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory sector. 

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing funnel metrics, and can speak to moving the needle in terms of lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or user acquisition, including experience at fast-growing B2B SaaS startups.

  • Experience owning and scaling paid acquisition channels, including standing up at least one channel from scratch (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or display retargeting ads.)

  • Experience working cross-functionally with different internal teams. 

  • The ability to zoom out and think strategically, combined with a willingness to do the work and execute quickly. 

  • Numbers-oriented, with the ability to analyze data, ask the right questions, and come up with actionable insights from different reporting tools including but not limited to Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, Unbounce, and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills 

  • A growth mindset and strong accountability mentality.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organized and methodical, and leans into understanding both data and people. 

  • Comfortable troubleshooting and digging deep into the weeds to unblock technical issues.

  • Resourceful and results-driven.

  • Collaborative and listens to understand before commanding and controlling. 

 

Bonus points if you have experience in…

  • A fully-remote startup environment.

  • Running and managing ABM, field marketing, events (online and offline), SEO, or email.

  • Writing copy for different marketing campaigns (or at least taking the first stab at it).

  • Being a T-Shaped marketer. 

  • Collaborating on content creation with designers and creatives.
