ModMed is hiring a driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist is a pivotal figure within our marketing team, tasked with enhancing our marketing initiatives to foster growth and elevate efficiency. This role, which reports directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include the adept management of our marketing technology stack, the refinement of marketing processes, and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. With a deep understanding of automation best practices, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and monitoring of targeted marketing automation campaigns.

In close collaboration with our internal marketing team, you will be instrumental in deploying, maintaining, and evaluating campaigns and automated marketing experiences, ensuring they align with our rigorous standards and contribute to achieving our company objectives. A critical aspect of this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce/Pardot platform, working in tandem with the Manager of Marketing Operations.

The ideal candidate for this position is data-driven, technically proficient, and possesses a keen analytical acumen. You should be capable of converting insights into practical strategies, thereby optimizing our marketing efforts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly and effectively, paving the way for enhanced growth and operational efficiency.

Your Role:

Demand Generation Support & Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing team members on demand generation initiatives, such as email campaigns, in-person events, webinars, and digital programs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and achieve pipeline targets.

Marketing Technology Management & Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and ensure their standardization across the department.
  • Leverage technology throughout the marketing funnel, from prospect to customer.

Marketing Automation & Database Management:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Configure and optimize automated workflows and data orchestration.
  • Oversee marketing database management, ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Execute data cleansing initiatives to maintain data health.

Operational Support & Process Improvement:

  • Provide operational and analytical support for marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and implement projects to improve operational performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the administration of marketing tools, iterating on workflows and nurture programs.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain global marketing assets

Campaign Planning & Email Marketing:

  • Lead the planning, building, and deployment of email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement.
  • Gather inputs and assets for email campaigns, including audience segmentation and campaign logic.
  • Build and test email templates, ensuring quality control and responsive design across devices.
  • Execute, monitor, and report on email marketing campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.

Reporting, Analysis, & Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Generate regular reports on marketing metrics offering insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, from requirements gathering to technical execution and analysis.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Quality Assurance & Technology Integration:

  • Monitor campaigns for automation accuracy and perform quality assurance on customer-facing communications.
  • Collaborate on the development and integration of marketing technologies to enhance capabilities and streamline processes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have thrived in a B2B software company.
  • Proficiency with a broad array of marketing tools, including but not limited to Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Drift, WordPress, Uberflip, Goldcast, Asana, and Sendoso.
  • A highly analytical mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail, akin to an eagle-eye’s precision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid foundation in HTML for crafting engaging email campaigns.
  • The capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and flawless execution.
  • A creative problem-solving approach, underpinned by superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-assured, adaptable, and self-motivated demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced environment and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including its stages and implications for measurement, targeting, and messaging strategies.
  • Exceptional project management expertise, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating tasks across erse teams and managing competing deadlines.
  • Experience in database management, with a keen awareness of and compliance with data protection regulations.
