We are looking for an exceptional sales leader and performer that is growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable with a prior history of success leading and growing dynamic and effective sales organizations. The position reports to the CEO and will also work closely with the executive team to shape the future of this high-growth company.

Requirements

Responsibilties

  • Drive top-line revenue by helping your team acquire new logos, develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across erse personas, influencers and strategic partners.
  • Lead by example with your team by being hands-on in all major sales opportunities, backfilling and helping your Sales Team close deals while closing your own deals.
  • Demonstrate effective pipeline management, its transparency, growth and conversion ratios to reach the company’s quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Partner with the CEO to define the ongoing sales/go-to-market strategy, understand which markets should be targeted, how we shore up our base, allocate resources, evolve our ICP, and evolve the qualification process for our sales team.
  • Report on sales performance, key customers, market insights and KPI’s to the executive team and Web Scribble board on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience at a B2B mid-market or enterprise SaaS company managing revenues greater than $10M with evidence of meeting and exceeding quotas with consistent & accurate forecasting and successful collaboration & interaction with executives/board members.
  • Experience working with companies with $10M-$15M in revenue and creating proven sales strategies to accelerate the company’s revenue, demonstrating hands on sales skills with your formal training methodologies and executive presence managing large client’s needs.
  • Experience selling into the association, non-profit, EdTech, or GovTech markets
  • A proven analytical and data-driven approach to sales with an In-depth knowledge of CRM, Collaboration platforms and lead generation applications such as Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Navigator & HubSpot.
  • Seasoned management skills with a successful track record of hiring, performance management, coaching, remote interaction, on-boarding & maintaining ‘A’ performers.
  • Our ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, optimistic and results driven with deep experience and comfort in cross-collaboration with product, marketing, customer success and engineering/operations organizations.
