How this Role Makes a Difference

Reporting to the Director of Talent, this role will design, develop and deliver Sales Enablement solutions.

The Sales Enablement Performance Partner is responsible for leading sales enablement initiatives by working closely with sales, marketing and product to ensure strategic alignment across all functions. The successful candidate will be a highly organized sales professional who has experience defining and running similar initiatives.

Some examples of what you will have accountability for in this role include:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs that are repeatable and can scale with the business to support the sales team
  • Manage and tactically build all elements of program management and LMS administration including: scheduling, documentation, cross-collaboration, and timeline management, plan building and ensuring success of program timelines
  • Manage content in the learning management system; including building courses via Articulate Storyline, assign courses, etc.
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Design, develop and facilitate creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials in multiple modalities including classroom, webinars, interactive eLearning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant guides
  • Create dynamic graphics media utilizing the Adobe design-suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Audition and Premiere Pro
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Partner with Talent Development Director and IT to ensure there is learning strategy and governance, that super users and admins are trained, and that the programs are configured for success

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management and  must be able to  prioritize  efforts based on the activities that will receive the greatest return for the organization
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
  • Experience building courses with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proven ability to to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectivness
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
