About The RoleThe goal of demand generation marketing is simple — to support customer acquisition growth through conversion analytics and strong brand awareness. You will manage & optimize an omni-channel strategy including website, marketing automation, email, landing pages, in-person and virtual events, paid search, and more. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience leading growth marketing for an early stage, b2b SaaS company.

The Position-Curate and execute multi-channel, demand generation campaigns by partnering with product, sales, customer service, and founders.-Write and design demand generation content (e.g. paid ads, landing pages, emails) for conversion.-Each week aggregate marketing data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, Instapage, AdWords, HotJar, and other sources to uncover performance improvements.-Collaborate with sales to define qualifications for a sales accepted lead.-Create and refine website buyer journey to surface high intent prospects.-Present marketing program postmortem reports, insight, and key learnings.-Support tracking of team goals and budgets.

Your Background:-Experience in the following demand generation channels: email marketing, website & landing pages, marketing automation / lead scoring, ABM, paid search.-Demonstrated practice of using data and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance and lead conversionsConfidence in copywriting (not editorial blog writing) and the curiosity to learn how language drives conversion.-Real-life usage experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, SEMRush, and landing page software-Thrive in the ambiguity of start-up culture.-You will succeed if you are proactive, take initiative, & continuously get work done.
