Location: Work From Home or Hybrid Work at Omaha Headquarters

Compensation: $43,000 Base Salary + Sales Commission (Estimated Annual Earnings Range of $50,000 to $75,000 based on sales performance)

Your Impact on Team Sidekick

Each Franchise Specialist plays a key role in the sales process and is a Sidekick to our clients and our entire sales team. Franchise Specialists must have strong communication skills and keen attention to detail to connect clients with the Franchise Advisor best suited to their goals. Our Franchise Specialists must be able to empathize with clients and understand their fears and concerns. Franchise Specialists must also be organized, flexible, and have fantastic people skills. In your role as a Franchise Specialist, you will:

 

  • Sales Qualification- Serve as the first point of contact for Sidekick clients and act as the gatekeeper to ensure clients are a good fit for our brands and process professionally and financially
  • Sales Pipeline Management- Follow up with client inquiries promptly through phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Manage clients through the Introduction process and connect with the Franchise Advisor team
  • Assist the Franchise Advisor Team with calendar management and rescheduling
  • Maintain KPIs to ensure team goals are achieved
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sidekick Team to help continually improve processes and results
  • Support and mentor other members of the Sidekick Sales Team

  • You Control Your Compensation- We offer a base salary and sales performance commission.
  • Paid Time Off- Every Sidekick starts with 16 days of PTO, two floating holidays, and a paid volunteer day annually. We also offer nine paid company holidays each year as well. Team Members earn additional PTO for each year of employment.
  • Franchise Ownership Program- After your first year with Sidekick, we offer a Franchise Purchase Discount which allows you to own your own Franchise Business at a $30,000 to $50,000 savings. Some restrictions and minimum qualifications apply to the discount. 
  • Client Referral Commission- We encourage every member of Team Sidekick to utilize their network to find qualified candidates for franchise ownership. We pay $3,000 for every qualified lead you submit that ends up purchasing a franchise.

    • Full Medical Benefits with up to $500 monthly Employer Contribution
    • Employer Paid Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance ($0 cost to employees with options for family coverage)

    • 401k with 3% Employer Contribution (no match required)

Working Conditions

  • Franchise Sidekick utilizes a hybrid work structure with remote, in-office, and blended work opportunities
  • Limited travel is required (usually less than 10% annually)
  • Minimal physical requirements are required
