Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth workflows, efficient resource allocation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of our business. This role is perfect for ambitious iniduals seeking to advance their careers and who possess a strong passion for both people and processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and monetisation.
  • Manage and streamline internal processes to improve workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Supervise project management and resource allocation to meet deadlines and goals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a small remote team of 4-6 people.
  • Oversee all aspects of people operations, spanning from recruitment through to off-boarding.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in an Operations-related role in a small company (10 to 25 employees).
  • Previous experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English and German (native fluency in either English or German required).
  • Proficiency in French is a bonus
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment.
