Your Part in Our Mission:

We’re looking for an energetic, metrics-driven person (who also likes to dabble in their creative side) to join our team, who will play a hands-on role in owning our lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will help us reach our goals to continue driving growth in our app subscriber base and develop a strong bond between our users and Tinybeans.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for ideation, execution and reporting on campaign performance through our users entire lifecycle. This can be through email marketing, text campaigns, push notifications and in-app notifications. Our ideal candidate has experience in email marketing best practices and has HTML and CSS skills. You can analyze and review the state of your omni-channel campaigns across batch, lifecycle, and transactional messages and prepare recommendations on how to improve segmentation and personalization.

This position reports to Tinybeans’ Director of Email & CRM and can be done from anywhere in the United States/Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Your big goal: To promote the Tinybeans product, driving downloads, trials and paid subscriptions. You’ll do this by:

  • Managing our messaging calendars and prioritize our different CRM needs

  • Executing marketing initiatives and tests focused on driving customer trials and paid subscriptions through campaigns and journeys

  • Briefing (includes copywriting), building, segmenting and scheduling campaigns (HTML & CSS experience is a nice to have, but we have workflows built to make this easy for non-developers)

  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of nurture strategies and campaigns

  • Working closely with our design, sales and editorial teams to coordinate campaigns, there are a lot of moving parts here

Who We’re Looking For…

  • You’re passionate about what you do. You thrive on being an idea generator and problem solver.

  • You know how to turn ideas into to-do lists. You know how to take an initiative (ex. driving more product trials) and translate it into an our campaigns focus for the week.

  • You’re a high performer. You aren’t interested in just launching a campaign and moving on to the next. You wait for the metrics to come through, to drill into performance and adapt how you move forward as a result of performance.

  • You’re a prioritizing multi-tasker with a sense of urgency. You’re a highly organized problem-solver, you know how to prioritize, adapt quickly when the scope changes—because it often will—and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • You’re an exceptional communicator. You know how to inspire and be heard. You know the importance of communication, especially when to speak up and when to listen. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and get clarity when you need it.

  • You can effectively work remotely. You know how to build relationships and coordinate work across departments, even if you’re not in the same city.

We will…

  • Enable you to make a difference and work in an inclusive culture

  • Offer you a hybrid office and/or remote work schedule

  • Expose you to all aspects of a start-up experiencing incredible growth

  • Welcome you to be part of a publicly traded company with a global reach

  • Offer you competitive compensation + yearly stock options (All US FTE)

  • Health, dental, vision, FSA, Commuter Benefits and 401K ( Benefits may vary based on location)

  • A team dedicated to personal growth- LinkedIn Learning (All FTE)

  • Support you like family as part of our playful team

  • We have expanded our benefits to Canada!!

Salary Range for this position...

  • Minimum of $50k to $60k. Maximum annual per year
  • Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with position; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Ranges vary depending on location and local/state/federal compliance requirements in the United States and Canada.

You must have…

This is an incredible opportunity, if you’re the right person for it.

  • Must-Have #1: You’re experienced. This isn’t your first rodeo. You have 2+ years experience in the lifecycle marketing world, you’ve worked with several ESPs (like Leanplum, Clevertap, SFMC, Klaviyo), built customer journeys and understand the importance of segmentation.

  • Must-Have #2: You’ve demonstrated an ability to move the needle on campaigns. You don’t just hit send on a campaign and move on to the next. You take the time to understand if a campaign was successful or not. You know how to come up with meaningful tests and determine if your results were significant. You are comfortable being assigned a goal and owning that metric.

  • Must-Have #3: You can write compelling copy. Not only do we come up with the ideas, we put them to paper. You’re able to write in a friendly and confident tone that matches the Tinybeans brand. After all, our users are people and we all respond well to personable copy.
