Hi 👋 I’m Tito. Co-Founder and Co-CEO of TeamBridge. I’m looking to hire a Senior Product Designer who will be reporting directly to me.

Their skill sets are tactical, real, and often times absolutely essential. At TeamBridge, we are builders. TeamBridge is a composable workforce OS. Giving non-technical leaders the building blocks to deliver the processes and policies that help them win in employee facing apps that feel like magic.

Myself and my co-founder Arjun, come from a product design background and are looking for a skilled product thinker with the visual craft and ability to think in larger systems that will help take our product to the next level.

We’ve are a fast growing team. We raised our Series B in mid 2024, led by General Catalyst and Mayfield. While this role will be a Senior IC position, there is plenty of room to grow, build a team and own a massive piece of our product vision.

The Problem Our product is mission-critical to our customers. It is the backbone and operating system for nearly everything they do. We need to deliver delightful experiences that build trust and unlock innovative and elegant ways to configure and manage experiences and policies at scale. We need to understand our customers needs fundamentally, and build reusable components that can be combine in creative ways to deliver immense value across many industries.

We want to:

  • Build a best in class platform tool

  • Create no-code/low-code builder experiences that unlock even advanced technical features for non-technical users

  • Blend enterprise power with ease of use and value

Your Role

In the long term, you will own large projects end to end, and help to define the vision of our product offering.

In the short term, you will collaborate closely with me and focus more on execution of inidual projects as you familiarize yourself with our space, customers, and how we do product at TeamBridge.

For this role, experience on cross-functional teams in high quality product organizations, as well as startup experience is a plus. Tactical visual skills and an eye for quality and modern interfaces will help us define TeamBridge as a cutting-edge platform. Technical and product skills to think in systems to own and deliver even complex B2B product interfaces will help you ship and deliver even when resources are light.

  • You’ve got a process that works, tools and operation skills that achieve success, but are also flexible to grow and adapt as needed.

  • You are eager to learn and if a project requires a skill set you don’t have, you aren’t afraid to try something new.

Interview Process

  1. Intro Call with Tito (Co-Founder and Co-CEO) - 20 mins

  2. Product Experience Deep Dive - 45 mins

  3. Assignment

    • Prepare Assignment Async

    • Present Results - 60 mins

  4. Final Round Onsite Interview - 4 hours

    • Mostly focused on cross-functional Interviews to meet more of the team. This is a critical hire for us and a role that will touch a lot of functions - we want to make sure you'll meet folks you'll be working closely with
