Perceptyx's Customer Sales Executives are responsible for driving the sales of Perceptyx solutions into Enterprise Accounts within defined sales territories. You will represent Perceptyx and its product suite within and among enterprise organization's various business units and isions. You will play an integral role in the overall sales team's success. This is a quota-carrying sales position with a dedicated focus on selling back into the Perceptyx customer base.

< class="h3">Some Things You Will Do:
  • Define and execute specific expansion sales strategies for the overall assigned accounts for larger enterprise customer accounts.
  • Strive to exceed sales goals (quotas) through strategic prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within business unit isions and the overall enterprise.
  • Work to achieve at least 3x sales pipeline in your territory at any given time.
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information daily on Salesforce.com
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support, operations, professional services, and sales architects.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to identify customer expansion opportunities and ensure strong communication and collaboration with the customer account team.
  • Responsible for customer renewals and for leveraging those renewals to expand customer revenue and contract term securing long term multiyear agreements.
  • Provide product demonstrations and general support to customers seeking to expand their relationship with Perceptyx.
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales enablement, marketing efforts, and client care.
  • Take the initiative to continuously learn about Perceptyx products, solutions, and the platform as part of a continuous learning approach.
  • Travel when needed to customer locations throughout the country in support of sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably SaaS, with proven success selling into large enterprise accounts. You’ve worked with complex sales and have seven-figure deal experience, strong negotiating and deal strategy skills, and experience expanding existing customer revenue.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a technical or business focus is preferred, but not a must.
  • A willingness to work with people from erse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Experience with employee experience solutions, data analytics, HCM platforms, and enterprise employee engagement platforms is preferred.
  • You desire to expand a customer's use of the Perceptyx platform and products to maximize revenue. You are a hunter and a closer as you sell to our existing customer base.
  • Savvy communication skills. You know what to say and, more importantly, how to say it.
  • You Propel. You're an inidual who's focused on execution and believes in Perceptyx’s mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
