About Us

CyberBrokers is a first-of-its-kind digital art collectibles ecosystem centered around 10,001 unique and on-chain CyberBrokers NFTs. Our growing universe is focused on producing high-quality digital and physical collectibles, captivating storytelling and content, and thrilling community quests and gaming.

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to build and scale our marketing processes. You’ll be the first marketing leadership hire and have an outsized impact on how CyberBrokers serves its community and forms its own internal organization. You’ll use your well-developed sense of strategy and also be able to e deep into the process to ensure marketing initiatives launch seamlessly.

Position Overview

As CyberBroker’s first Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness to the CyberBrokers universe, improving community member engagement, and building the department from scratch. With your deep understanding of the CyberBrokers community, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the executive team to plan new launches and content. This role reports directly to the CyberBrokers CEO.

You should be a highly creative person who is comfortable thinking outside of the box and have a proven track record of strategizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns from ground zero.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and strengthen marketing strategy, planning, and processes
  • Identify and initiate the growth of new marketing channels
  • Partner with our production teams to lead marketing launches for new content and products
  • Own content development and release cadence for CyberBrokers’ social profiles and community engagement platforms
  • Develop a deep understanding of the segments within the CyberBrokers community and how to serve their needs best
  • Build internal processes to ensure internal content is organized, assets are able to be reused, and brand guidelines are followed
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to track and analyze marketing KPIs
  • Work with contracted designers to create new marketing materials
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of the crypto and NFT industry, as well as be knowledgeable on trends in B2C marketing
  • Recruit, hire, and train new marketing team members once performance milestones are met

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years experience in B2C product marketing
  • Experience in start-ups, small teams, or has operated in a 0-1 environment
  • Examples of viral, guerilla, or highly innovative marketing campaigns in your portfolio
  • Direct brand creation or evolution experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and outstanding strategic problem-solving skills
  • Occasional travel required. Approximately 1-3 times per year

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience marketing luxury, high-end, or limited-edition products
  • Direct community management experience
  • Able to self-serve or re-use templates for marketing asset creation
  • Previous experience or interest in the cryptocurrency or NFT industry
