Sales is how we turn Conveo into an unstoppable force in the industry, and we need a leader who can make it happen.

We’re looking for an elite VP of Sales to build and scale our revenue engine. This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about architecting a high-velocity sales machine that consistently wins. We are not looking for mercenaries; we are looking for someone who deeply cares about our customers and their success. You should be passionate about understanding their needs, building lasting relationships, and ensuring they get the most value out of Conveo.

The Role:

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You won’t just execute a sales playbook; you’ll create it.

We’re looking for a VP of Sales to own revenue growth, build a scalable sales process, and lead our expansion into new markets. You will define strategy, close enterprise deals, and hire the team that will drive our next stage of growth.

This role requires full ownership of the sales cycle—from sourcing leads to closing deals. At this stage, you can't just be a manager; you need to be in the trenches with the founders, actively generating pipeline and executing deals end to end.

We already have strong inbound interest and are actively building our inbound marketing & growth teams. However, you are expected to source your own leads as well to maximize growth potential.

A strong network in market research or insights-driven industries is highly preferred. We need someone who not only understands the space but can immediately tap into existing relationships to drive traction.

You’ll have the opportunity to hire a small, elite team of SDRs and AEs from the start, but you’ll also need to prove your impact and earn yourself back.

The ultimate success metric? Revenue dominance. You will own sales targets, pipeline generation, and deal execution.

Your Mission:

1. Own Revenue & Growth – \"Build a Sales Machine That Wins\"

* Define and execute a sales strategy to scale revenue.

* Develop and optimize a repeatable sales motion that drives consistent wins.
* Build forecasting and pipeline management processes that ensure predictable revenue growth.

2. Close Big Deals – \"Lead from the Front\"

* Be in the trenches, sourcing leads and closing deals with global enterprises.

* Handle high-stakes negotiations and establish Conveo as the market leader.
* Leverage relationships and strategic selling to unlock major accounts.

3. Scale the Sales Org – \"Recruit, Train, and Lead a World-Class Team\"

* Hire, develop, and manage a high-performance sales team.

* Create a winning culture—high energy, high accountability, and results-driven.
* Implement a structured onboarding and training program to scale effectively.

4. Align Sales with Marketing & Product – \"Maximize GTM Efficiency\"

* Work closely with marketing to ensure tight lead generation and conversion.

* Provide customer feedback to product teams to refine our offering.
* Optimize handoffs between SDRs, AEs, and customer success to accelerate deals.

5. Systematize & Optimize – \"Make Sales a Science\"

* Implement CRM best practices, sales automation, and analytics for insight-driven decisions.

* Track and improve key metrics—win rate, cycle time, deal size, churn, and expansion revenue.
* Test, iterate, and refine processes to maximize efficiency.

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally in an early-stage startup or fast-scaling environment.

* A proven track record of scaling revenue from $1M to $10M+ ARR.
* Enterprise & mid-market sales expertise—you know how to close big, complex deals.
* A builder’s mindset—you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and create structure where needed.
* A relentless drive to win—you don’t just hit quotas; you set new benchmarks.
* Process & data-driven approach—you know how to scale sales efficiently.
* Experience hiring and leading top-tier sales talent.
* Deep understanding of GTM strategy, sales cycles, and enterprise decision-making.
* A strong network in market research or insights-driven industries is highly preferred.
* A genuine commitment to customer success—you build trust and long-term relationships, not just transactions.
