With this solid foundation in place, we are looking to grow our new Account Management Team to help us nurture our existing customers, and achieve even faster growth and scale the company. 

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, nurturing them, and helping analyze their communities for how to better empower them. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused self-starter who works well with little supervision and is prepared to roll up your sleeves to succeed. You will be a key member of the Account Management Team, driving revenue growth through expanding our existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Help InGo continue to achieve 130% net retention across all accounts
  • Plan expansion and growth with key accounts
  • Manage 20+ customer accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, senior-level decision makers and other stakeholders
  • Adopt InGo's account management process
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customers' key business drivers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of InGo products to ensure customers are using the product successfully and inform them about new functionality
  • Report through OKRs against your goals on a weekly basis
  • Track sales activity in Hubspot and report regularly to line manager
  • Collaborate and work with Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience of 3+ years in technology or SaaS companies as a successful Sales or Account Manager
  • Strong sales preparation, prospecting and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Ability to build relationships and credibility with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to empathize with customers and to truly understand their needs
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent forecasting, reporting, and communication skills
  • Extraordinary presentation skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive territory management, prospecting, and ‘trailblazing'
  • Smart, organized, self-motivated, flexible and team player
  • Experience using Hubspot
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a benefit (no coding required, but understanding of code functionality)
