At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly-motivated, results-driven Associate Field Marketing Manager to join our Americas Field Marketing team. This role reports into to one of our Senior Field Marketing Managers responsible for driving a number of strategic Marketing campaigns across North America and Canada. You will work closely with them to plan and execute Marketing programmes under these Campaigns, and ensure the readiness of Corporate Marketing programmes for the Americas region, to drive pipeline and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help execute regional/local marketing plans to support aggressive growth goals for acquisition and expand pipeline and revenue in the supported regions; identify relevant activities for the supported regions and build business cases to secure funding and approvals
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the Marketing plans; execute and manage activities, including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes and social media strategies
  • Manage multiple projects and marketing programmes simultaneously under the direction of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications across the AMER Field Marketing team, the Global Anaplan Marketing Team and the AMER Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Presales, Partner, Customer Success, SDR teams)

 What Experience You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of field marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology markets with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans
  • Strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical ability
  • The ability to execute field events and programs from start to finish
  • Excels at cross-group collaboration
  • Comfortable with accountability for clear, quantified performance targets
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Strong team-player and self-starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusion while maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Independence and initiative in high profile situations with strong project management, organization and time management skills
