The Role

Dwelo is rapidly growing, to help scale our growth we are building out the account management function to support our strategic customers. You will work with the Director of Account Management and Regional Sales Managers to build relationships, drive growth and help our customers thrive. Account management will become Dwelo’s largest department and you will play a key role in building the foundation for on-going success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive customer renewal activity
  • Work with sales to discover expansion and growth opportunities
  • Build long-lasting, customer-facing relationships and help drive solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, holding quarterly business reviews to help support and grow our customer’s business
  • Help ensure short-term and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from customers and work with product, marketing and sales to help prioritize customer needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Account Management role with a B2B tech company
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and goals
  • A deep understanding of how to reach audiences with the written word, virtual, and in-person presentations
  • Be strategic. Ensure short-term and long-term customer satisfaction by understanding the bigger picture and goals for your customers.
  • The ability to relay customer feedback internally, drive solutions and effectively communicate updates
  • A knack for finding ways to add value to customers and become an extension of their operation
  • The skills and demeanor to lead customers through challenging issues
