Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst, your main purpose will be to provide support to the CRM Growth Manager. You will work primarily on lead generation and enrichment, whilst also ensuring the reporting for all departments are accurate and insightful.

You will be the first point of contact for internal CRM issues and be in constant conversation with all necessary department managers in order to ensure the data points we are focusing on are all relevant, whilst also keeping a keen eye on new opportunities.

Requirements

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure the data imported into the CRM is accurate and complete for the use of the sales team
  • Report and dashboard management for all core departments
  • Manage e-mail campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Team
  • Increase reps’ efficiency with enrichment of leads
  • Manage lead generation
  • Collaborate with the data, sales and product teams to initiate campaigns and uncover customer insight
  • Report improper or repeated poor use of the system to relevant managers
  • Act as the CRM “help desk” for internal users when necessary
  • Import and export data to keep information in sync
  • Participate actively in brainstorms, giving creative input on ideas for greater efficiency and adoption via CRM
  • Ensure faultless email deliverability and monitor platforms for feedback on possible spam/blocks or inbox delivery issues

  • You’ll thrive under the pressure of quickly switching between tasks and prioritising a large number of work streams
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven experience working with lead generation and third party Salesforce Sync
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage and build trusted, lasting and fruitful relationships
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, start-up environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
