Gauntlet is seeking a cracked Social Media Manager or Lead. In the forest of DeFi, a terminally online, CT-obsessed crypto native can have an asymmetrically positive impact. Is that you, anon? We’re looking for someone to lead our social media execution and strategy. You will copywrite on our products, analysis, and insights, and engage with our clients, community, and the industry.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing. You’ll own daily-weekly execution on social, create short-form content that distills complex research into quantitative insights, and engage authentically with our clients and partners.

You’re capable of codeswitching at the speed of on-chain narratives; from engaging with other leaders in DeFi on behalf of Gauntlet to shipping bangers from our intern account to summarizing new vault strategies. It’s a challenge– not for everyone, but for the right person.

You will own the marketing strategy and execution for vault products on Morpho, Aera, Drift Protocol, dYdX, Symbiotic, and others. We want someone highly collaborative who works alongside content, product, BD, and other teams to plan the GTM via inbound marketing, develop vault strategy messaging for target users, and execute experiments across marketing channels to drive TVL growth, retention, and client success. You bring a growth marketing toolkit to the table, which includes optimizing content and social marketing for conversion, measuring experiment performance, and iterating fast.

You are familiar with various DeFi yield opportunities across EVM, Solana, and other ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy from launch through growth and beyond for our vault products
• Collaborate with content, BD, product, and other teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that distinguish our vaults

Compensation

cLabs is seeking a Smart Contracts Engineer to join our Contracts Team. As part of the contracts team you will help design and develop Celo’s core smart contracts and help develop best practices and processes to ensure those smart contracts are secure. This includes our governance, proof of stake, stability mechanisms, and the decentralized identity system.

You Will:

• Write production-level code in Solidity and Typescript
• Gather requirements from Engineering Partners and other key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Celo Validators, Celo Stakeholders) in order to determine and implement changes to our core primitives, including smart contracts and tooling.
• Collaborate with third party Smart Contract Auditors to ensure the quality assurance of the proposed changes as they go through our smart contract release process
• Work on releases end-to-end: from specifications, to design, ship and maintain.

You Have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering primarily working in Javascript, Typescript.
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Solidity programming and using development frameworks like Foundry, Hardhat or viem.

Role:

As the Head of Content Marketing at Chorus One, you’ll lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that communicates our expertise in staking and decentralized technologies to a broad audience. You will work closely with our BD, product, and research teams to align messaging with business objectives and drive meaningful engagement.

What you’ll do:

Strategic approach on content development

• Lead and execute a content strategy across blogs, social media, podcasts, videos, and sales collaterals incorporating compelling, technical/non-technical and thought leadership content.
• Lead the entire content function including social media, product marketing and copywriting.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies, as the owner of the campaign calendar, for a wide ranges of launches from products, new networks to research targeting various customer segments.

Product rollout

• Lead all product rollout and GTM campaigns
• Work cross-functionally to align product and network launches with content initiatives for seamless execution.
