About the role:

Avara is looking for a staff Move engineer to innovate and build upon our various products and services. You should have a strong passion for web3 technology and an understanding of smart contract development and blockchain systems. Responsibilities

You will develop and maintain decentralised financial smart contracts on Autonity that will enable the creation of decentralised risk markets in real-world risk factors.

Working alongside quantitative researchers and protocol engineers, you will transform research models and prototypes into production-grade Solidity code. Required qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data-driven, externally facing applications optimize DeFi protocols and blockchain networks.

• Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
• Experience writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
• Experience with cloud-native environments built on public cloud (Google Cloud or similar e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing front-end performance and familiarity with browser APIs.

Position Overview:
