Job Description

1. Own Genius’ on-chain contracts in the Solana Ecosystem
2. Design, implement, and optimize secure and efficient smart contracts using Rust and the Anchor framework
3. Integrate Genius’ proprietary Synchronous Liquid Matching engine with Solana to facilitate rapid cross-chain swaps. Achitect and implement the platform’s Solana-based liquidity management system
4. Architect and optimize trading pathways to maximize speed, minimize costs, and ensure an exceptional user experience while minimizing failed transactions
5. Implement dynamic gas price optimization using oracles or algorithms to balance transaction speed and cost
6. Architect, implement, and maintain novel web3 full stack architecture, leveraging MPC paradigms alongside traditional smart contract ones
7. GENIUS SPECIFIC: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various components of Genius’ trading platform, including the proprietary Synchronous Liquid Matching engine
8. Manage, maintain, and integrate Genius backend services (indexers, quoting engines, etc.) with our frontend

Core Competencies

8. Solid understanding of the Solana account model and rent mechanism
9. Familiarity with Solana’s Proof-of-History (PoH) and Tower Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) consensus mechanisms
10. Ability to write and optimize on-chain programs for better performance and reduced transaction costs
11. Experience with Solana/web3.js library for front-end integration with Solana blockchain
12. Proficiency in writing comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for smart contracts
13. Skilled in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and implementing CI/CD pipelines
14. Ability to audit existing smart contracts and identify potential security vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer, a hybrid role blending exceptional business skills with technical web3 knowledge and experience. This role is instrumental in driving innovation and growth within the Kadena ecosystem.

This position will report directly to Solutions Engineering within the Business Development team, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Interface with the development teams of high-profile projects building or partnering with Kadena
• Conduct thorough assessments, architecture, testing and validation of integrations to ensure reliability, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, providing timely support to external teams
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, protocols, and standards relevant to Sales Engineer and identify opportunities

What Sets You Apart

• 5-7 years of experience as a solutions or sales engineer

Job Overview

As a Content Manager at SCRIB3, you will be more than just a writer. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle, from strategy development to content creation, for our crypto clientele. Responsibilities

• Strategic Content Development: Understand client needs and collaborate on content strategies to achieve marketing and business goals. Regularly review competitor and client audits to innovate and optimize content.

TLDR:

To make encryption available everywhere, we have to make it fun, easily graspable, and approachable. You will be responsible for shepherding the adoption of onchain encryption and driving excitement from protocol and application developers to offer encryption optionality to their users. We’re in the business of standard-setting, and we believe we have the most accessible product possible to make encryption a standard onchain.

You will be in charge of improving the accessibility of Fairblock’s developer tools and documentation, coordinating hackathons, and building platforms to onboard more builders and encryption-enabled DeFi, Social, and Gaming applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developer support: Act as the first point of contact for external developers seeking help with our technology. Provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive, clear, and easy-to-understand documentation, tutorials, and guides to help developers leverage Fairblock’s tools and technology.
• Community Engagement: Participate in online forums, social media, and developer communities to engage with developers, understand their needs, and raise awareness about the power of programmable encryption in onchain apps.
• Content Creation: Develop technical blog posts, videos, workshops, documentation, and other content to educate and inspire developers on how to use our products effectively.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at developer conferences, meetups, and other events. Help organize and run workshops, hackathons, and other community events.
• Tool Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of developer tools, SDKs, and APIs to simplify and enhance the developer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Competent experience in Computer Science. Basic understanding of programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, Rust, etc.). Experience with Cosmos SDK is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and communities, particularly the EVM, Solana, and Cosmos ecosystems.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, applications, and protocols.
