Job Summary
Purity Coffee Customer Support Representatives are key to the company’s success and the satisfaction of its customers. They are responsible for multi-channel customer support tickets, emails, live chats, with a particular emphasis on phone support. This is a high call volume position, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. They will participate in weekly team member 1:1 meetings, a weekly department meeting, as well as quarterly team member reviews and departmental strategic planning meetings. Each team member is expected to manage an average of 150-250 support tickets weekly via email, call, or live chat. They will also be responsible for setting and managing quarterly objectives and key results related to their growth and the performance of their department.
Purity’s helpdesk and telephony systems will be utilized and optimized by the Customer Support Representatives. They will work with other team members in Customer Support and I.T. to improve the customer and employee experience as users of these technologies.
Customer Support Representatives will regularly report on support workload and capacity, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution times. They will apply root cause analysis to inform other key functions of the company of opportunities to solve a customer issue or optimize the customer experience. They will report directly to the Customer Support Manager and be a key resource for departmental planning and execution.
Job Responsibilities
Departmental Management:
- Meet key performance metrics, including ticket resolution time and volume, with weekly monitoring and quarterly performance evaluations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Participate in weekly Customer Support meetings to identify, discuss and solve key issues
- Contribute to a Customer Support scorecard with departmental KPIs and analysis
- Participate in quarterly strategic planning sessions to set objectives and key results for Customer Support department and team members that align with company objectives
- Contribute to weekly Customer Support updates and reporting, highlighting Voice of the Customer and root cause analysis
Systems Management:
- Use systems including Gorgias, Okendo, Skio, Refersion, Smile, Shopify, and Shipstation

- Assist with data segmentation so that tagging and intentions provide accurate and useful data

After Sales Support:
- Provide support to multi-channel customer inquiries including Amazon, wholesale, affiliate, subscriber, and direct consumers
- Provide solutions for customer questions, complaints, or needs in a timely manner from multiple channels including website, live chat, Amazon, wholesale and affiliates
- Order entry, cancellation or changes
- Provide information about Purity Coffee and its products
- Advise on questions about the purchasing, storing, grinding, and brewing of coffee

Role of Business Process Analyst in ESA
In this job, you are ultimately responsible for creating the results for our clients’ business operations. You will be ultimately responsible for the client’s business processes and how their actual business operations work.
When you get a new client, it will be your responsibility to thoroughly investigate the client’s day-to-day operations and reconstruct the client’s current business processes. You will examine all their current systems, data, records, documents, communication logs, and other artifacts of their business. You will interview all their key staff, managers, and other iniduals. You will conduct other investigation as appropriate. And you will ultimately reconstruct in detail the client’s current as-is business processes, capturing all appropriate process scenarios, structure, and other inner workings of the business processes.
It will then be your responsibility to use your business process expertise to improve the client’s business processes in a way that will enable a more profitable, efficient, and scalable business. This will not be one of those cases where you will just apply cookie-cutter solutions. You will actually need to work from root principles to find out sub-optimialities and issues in current business processes and then re-engineer the business processes of the client and define the exact desired processes that will need to be implemented to achieve the results goals, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the desired processes you engineer will actually be able to successfully work in our client’s day-to-day business operations.
You will then work with our technical team to get a systems solution designed that will actually implement, enforce, and automate the desired to-be processes in the client’s business. While it is the technical team who is responsible for the technical side of the design, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that the design will actually meet the business needs and enable the implementation of the desired business processes that have been crafted by you. It is also your responsibility to ensure that as the systems are built and made ready for implementation, that they actually meet the needs of implementing the desired processes you defined and will work for the client’s day-to-day business.
It will be your responsibility to implement the desired processes and systems into the client’s actual business operations, and actually make it so that the process improvements you conceptualized become the daily reality. You will discover issues during implementation, you will discover the need to refine your improvements, and you will need to follow through on those needs. Ultimately, the actual end-to-end day-to-day resulting operations in the client’s business are your responsibility and you will need to work to make sure these processes and systems powering them are refined to achieve the desired results. As our clients evolve their businesses you will need to continue to evolve their processes and systems to power their growth, efficiency, and profitability as time goes on.
This is an extremely rigorous and thorough job. A very methodical approach is required to execute it. There is a lot of complicated decision making and responsibility in this job, and while there is a lot of independence offered in the job, there also is a great expectation of responsibility and you will be held to account for results on a frequent and regular basis. **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the building and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications that enable our thousands of fiscally sponsored projects across the US to crowdfund (over $25 million in donations processed annually), apply for grants, and receive support and oversight from Fractured Atlas staff
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to design and scope new features and enhancements
- Maintain and expand internal APIs and integrations with Stripe and other third-party software platforms
- Submit code for the implementation of full-stack features, utilizing Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, and CSS as needed

About the role
We’re hiring a DeFi Analyst & Customer Success/Account Manager (referred to internally as an “Associate”") to work directly with our clients. In this role, you’ll meet with clients one-on-one via video calls to help them strategically navigate DeFi, build custom portfolios, and make progress toward their goals using our proven system.
You’ll need back-of-hand familiarity with all things DeFi—terms like “bridging,”" “perps,”" and “burner wallets”" should already be part of your working vocabulary, and you should be able to speak and act on them without preparation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll provide guidance and support while ensuring clients stay on track with the service we offer.
Beyond managing client relationships, you’ll also identify opportunities to offer additional services to qualified clients. For these sales, you’ll earn commission, alongside a per-client flat compensation that forms your baseline earnings.

Your day-to-day
This role is all about collaborating with your team to make a difference to your customers. As a backend engineer you’ll work in a squad alongside other disciplines like product managers, marketers, user researchers, designers, mobile engineers, web engineers, data analysts, business analysts, writers and more!
Together you’ll build and support a particular part of Monzo. Our squads belong to our wider collectives (a word we use to describe self-governing business units of ~100 people). They are; Core Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Platform, Fincrime, Security & Expansion.
They’re all looking for additional Backend Engineers right now, we do a standard interview process across all our collectives and at the end we will find the best match for you based on your skills, experience, preferences and aligning with the business need!
Our backend engineers have a variety of different backgrounds. As long as you enjoy learning new things, we’d love to talk to you. We do not ask for formal qualifications or degree requirements for any of our engineering roles.

- you have a product mindset: you care about customer outcomes and you want to make data-informed decisions

The Interview Process:**Our interview process involves three main stages:
- Initial Call
- Take home task or pair coding exercise
- Final interview: including a system design and a behavioural interview
