Lovevery is looking for an Operations Data Manager to join the Operations team as a dynamic team member experienced in e-commerce operations and ERP systems. This inidual will report to the Director of Operations Systems and Fulfillment and will help ensure our operational data is accurate, timely and inclusive of all critical business needs.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of ERP systems and operational transaction flows, is detail oriented, and has a strong desire to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data issues at the root cause. They have relevant domain knowledge and understand how current systems function in order to suggest improvements that benefit the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable Lovevery operational data to be timely, accurate and available to the core BI system
  • Partner with Accounting, Compliance, Customer Experience and third parties to develop SOPs for catching and correcting operational data issues to ensure accurate revenue and inventory are captured in the Lovevery systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement custom solutions that drive operational efficiencies
  • Facilitate end user testing, training, and adoption of newly implemented systems and processes
  • Work closely with the procurement team to implement and optimize a robust supply chain planning application tool
  • Support data integrations between NetSuite and Lovevery's inbound and outbound networks to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and accounting accuracy with a customer-first mindset.
  • Design, test and support data integrations between NetSuite and Lovevery's freight forwarder to capture inbound shipment data accurately and timely in NetSuite.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite and other internal systems
  • Develop process flows and documentation to support requirements gathering and facilitate business process discovery
  • Assist in implementation and optimization of warehouse management software

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record
  • At least 5 years work experience with operations systems servicing consumer products and ecommerce such as Netsuite, order management systems, warehouse management systems, freight management systems, and product data management systems
  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by the business
  • Basic understanding of warehousing and ecommerce operations, best practices and business processes
  • Experience with project planning and management
  • Experience streamlining data flows to enable decision-making in operational functions
  • Experience with full SDLC, including complex and robust UAT across teams and organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through meticulous organization and attention to detail
  • Superb analytical skills working with large amounts of data to synthesize actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and willing to wear multiple hats to execute in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Track record of working with erse cross-functional teams to understand business problems and execute solutions
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Passionate about serving families through a customer-first mindset
