In this role, you will manage the successful resolution of all employee relations matters for the company. Our Employee Relations Partner is a hands-on contributor, supports people management discussions, and partners with our HR Business Partners transferring best practices from different functions in the company and acts as the facilitator for management teams.The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for (Essential Functions):Intakes employee concerns and conduct timely, thorough investigations into a range of employee concerns including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other violations of workplace rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Identifies the root cause of concern by methodically organizing, comparing, and analyzing all aspects of a situation and environment.Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding performance and employee relations matters. After analyzing the information, recommends changes.Researches and explains laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, and employees.Oversees employee relations matters by ensuring policy interpretation for leadership in demonstrating the ability to handle employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and/or termination guidance.Assists management with performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues.Administers the equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs.Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management.Participates in quality assurance activities.Partner with our HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to provide compliance, training and best practices.Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company's standards.Performs other related duties as assigned.Some basic requirementsAll work must be conducted within the U.S., excluding U.S. territories. The range of starting pay for this role is $66,600 - $97,000.
