  • Define testing strategies for the product, including assumptions, scenarios, and success metrics.

  • Analyse results from the UX research studies and create reports.

  • Produce UX design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to demonstrate product design ideas.

  • Work closely with other designers, the product manager, data analyst and development team to bring your designs to life.

  • Define user experience design for both front-end and back-end sites.

  • Iterate on design, based on the Greenpeace community feedback, end-users’ feedback, and data analysis.

  • Communicate design-informed decisions to product teams and Greenpeace stakeholders.

  • Proven experience as a UX designer, producing UX results: personas, journeys mapping, user flows, wireframes, etc.

  • Ability to strategize testing plans, including user research methodologies and data-driven solutions.

  • High proficiency in the industry-standard design & user research software, including Figma, Invision, Hotjar, and others.

  • Experience defining UX design best practices, benchmarking against industry standards and emerging trends.

  • Ideally, familiarity with WordPress, web accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.

  • Superb communication and presentation skills, creative thinking and ability to balance priorities.

  • Proficiency in English and ideally another language.

  • Demonstrated support for Greenpeace mission and values.
