The Role

Visual Designers on the Fyllo Marketing team create engaging marketing content by leveraging our expertise in product strategy, design thinking, writing and more. Come join our team to plan and execute smart, creative content and experiences that drive results.You’ll be expected to design and deliver  lead gen campaigns, collateral, sales enablement, evergreen content frameworks, product branding and other content across Fyllo products. The Fyllo Marketing team is responsible for driving growth around the world. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, edit and evolve content that drives product demand and brand love. This includes things like evergreen social content, thought leadership, email marketing, landing pages, high-impact assets, sales enablement and more. 
  • Contribute to marketing projects in ways that enhance the customer understanding and excitement.
  • Create and contribute to designs and content in Figma or other design tools.
  • Partner with our Product Marketing teams to ensure marketing content and experiences are of the highest quality across every line of business.
  • Collaborate daily with teams across disciplines, including marketing, product design, engineering, sales and operations.
  • Ideate and initiate new formats of content in response to business needs and category trends 
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across the company and around the world.

About you: 

  • You’re a visual problem solver with a solid sense of balance and intuition when it comes to layout, as well as a desire to try new things in response to design briefs. 
  • You’re strategic, ensuring creative supports marketing plans and our business goals.
  • You’re aware of design trends, and bring a fresh perspective to marketing assets. 
  • You’re a self-starter with time management skills. 
  • You’re highly collaborative with excellent communication skills. 
  • You set a high bar for yourself and for your craft, constantly pushing yourself (and the team) to make the highest-quality work. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional design experience in a related industry
  • On the job work experience, working either freelance or in a larger company
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Proficient with collaborative creative tools like Figma
  • Proficient with Google Slides
  • An understanding of current design trends
  • Thinking of different ways to solve design problems in order to come to the best solution
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Team player with collaborative mindset
  • Thrive in fast paced environments
