About Bounce:

Bounce is a SaaS solution that helps preschools run a centralized cloud-based data library, track enrollment, manage payment collection, and share media and reports, making information management easy and simple. Built to connect pre-school administration, teachers, parents, and their extended circle, through a single accessible platform, Bounce aims to create collaborative childcare communities.

Bounce aspires to join the 100 million ARR club within the next five years. With eyes set strong on the Pre-K segment – which remains largely unexplored - Bounce sees the potential for the next unicorn in the EdTech industry!

  • Evangelize best-practices in UX by presenting user needs and research
  • Iterate on designs and testing (e.g. a/b and fake door), incorporating data into your design process and evolving our understanding of customer needs and behavior
  • Work in Figma, and other software as needed for prototyping and presentations

Role Requirements:

  • Industry-leading portfolio showcasing design skills that demonstrate critical thought process, digital cross platform experience, and how product design adds business value
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design on multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc.)
  • Experience in conducting UX research and synthesizing insights
