Overview of the position

Harrier have partnered with one of the top global professional services firms and we are supporting their talent team with strategic sourcing initiatives across different business isions. 

As a Sourcing and Attraction Specialist, with a background in recruiting corporate professionals, you will contribute your extensive experience in proactive candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for ongoing candidate attraction, engagement and nurturing, whilst collecting candidate insights and market intel in order to feedback to the team.

If you enjoy the search, and receive satisfaction from extending your candidate networks, leaving no stone left unturned until you find the right candidate, this is the role for you. We are looking for someone with exceptional sourcing capabilities, and out of the box thinking to attract candidates in unique ways and with niche skillsets; with the ability to confidently present these candidates to managers at all levels of the business.

The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Australia, as remote working as well as hybrid working is on offer.  The role will be offered on a 12-month maximum term, however, genuine career and development opportunities are available at Harrier, with future roles across the business always open for consideration.

Attributes and capability

The Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialist will prove their commitment to candidate care, with exceptional attention to detail, and offer the following attributes and capability:  

  • Previous Corporate recruitment experience.  A background in Financial Services/Professional Services is highly desirable but not essential. 
  • Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; know what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line 
  • Ability to capture and research competitor insights, market intel and candidate insights to form part of the sourcing and attraction strategies 
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide feedback to the TA team on candidate and market insights to assist with end-to-end TA process. 
  • A non-biased, ersity and inclusion promoter.
