Role Description

  • This role is fully remote. We are looking for someone to work with us full-time or part-time but over a long period.

  • In this role you will be the lead designer rebranding Alkimiya’s visual identity.

  • In this role you will be the lead designer redesigning app.alkimiya.io and the Alkimiya landing page.

  • We are looking for someone with both UI and UX experience.

  • You will participate in discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects large and small, ensuring the design objectives of the project are well socialized, documented, and implemented successfully.

  • On any given project you might interview stakeholders, conduct usability audits, develop wireframes, build and test prototypes, or craft visual identity systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and good communication skills.

  • 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer.

  • Proven experience with generating the design for new vehicle UI/UX and improvements of existing UI/UX.

  • Strong visual design fundamentals, with some web 3 experience.

  • Familiarity with DeFi and/or financial products is required.

  • Highly detail-oriented, down to the very last pixel.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

  • Experience developing/creating design libraries.

  • Experience with front-end web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).

*Note you don’t need web development skills but you will need to understand the basics of front-end development process to coordinate with our front-end developers.

Compensation

Salary range: $50-120k.
