Goodwall is hiring a Creative Director to take the lead and responsibility to oversee and manage the creative production of our online skills programs for youth that we run alongside our strategic partners which are market-leading corporates, government agencies to international organizations and foundations.

 

 

What you will be doing but not limited to

 

  • Taking the lead and responsibility for all our online skills programs by managing the partner stakeholders requirements and expectations

  • Collaborating with our Business Development Team and Client Success Team to understand the clients needs and translate these needs internally

  • Working collaboratively with the Product Team

  • Managing and collaborating with creatives

  • Compiling research and revising data

  • Working within the set budget and time frame, and to ensure the highest of standards of creativity are applied to each project

  • Multi-tasking to manage multiple projects at once

 

 

Your profile

 

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Creative Director role

  • With proven leadership and management experience within a marketing agency, of project management and production

  • You are comfortable in a startup environment, you are hands-on and a do-er

  • You have exceptional communication skills to be able to pitch partners and communicate the partner feedback to the team

  • You understand video-first content, social media and Gen Z needs

  • You are mission-driven and care about taking your skills and applying it to upskilling and connecting the next generation to opportunity globally

  • You can build and grow a team, structure and processes

  • You have outstanding people skills – a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives

  • You can build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority

  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English and French is a plus

  • You have the aptitude to grasp new concepts

  • You have excellent attention to detail
