As the Creative Director you possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, move fast and inspire our audience through design. This is a foundational role and you will lead CopilotIQ's creative strategy, define brand guidelines, execute projects across all brand and marketing channels. With a strong background in concept development, design, strategy and execution you will translate business objectives into inspiring deliverables. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead branding efforts, including expansion and growth of the CopilotIQ brand identity as business expands into new areas. 
  • Manage website revamp and partner with marketing to design high converting landing pages  
  • Lead the creative development of high impact integrated marketing campaigns, brand messaging and the creative design across digital, traditional and non traditional channels. (focusing on social channels initially)
  • Develop brand standard and style guide - brand positioning and story, visual and verbal identity (look, feel, tone) and brand architecture, and ensure they are consistently met.
  • Understand performance data of creative assets, and incorporate learnings into future content/assets.
  • Lead the internal creative, as well as manage external agencies and freelancers, on creative projects from strategy to conception through execution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to set the creative strategy to bring the brand to life across initiatives, channels, and products.
  • Push the creative envelope and take educated risks to connect with our community in unconventional ways.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years experience developing creative, innovative marketing strategies, rebrands, or leading the development of brands.
  • Hands-on experience in creative disciplines: design, copywriting and/or video production, a strong foundation in graphic design, and typography is preferred
  • Experience leading brand development through omnichannel creative impact across omnichannel marketing (Social, Digital, Traditional, Non Traditional).
  • A storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Embodies a collaborative creative process, exploring multiple concepts for consideration and ensuring final creative output is delivering on the business objectives.
