About the Studio

We’re a global team. While this doesn’t mean working at all hours, there are occasional unconventional hours. If this isn’t for you we understand. However, due to the nature of our business we’re unable to provide a rigid 9-5 in your local timezone at this time.

We’re fully remote! We encourage you to work at the times that you are most productive within the constraints of project work or meetings. We limit meetings where we can to prioritize deep week and maximize productivity, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have community. The Role

We’re on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional design work in a high-volume environment designing solutions for some of the biggest Crypto, DeFi, and Web3 foundations and brands.

The ideal candidate is a visual design enthusiast, adept in their craft, meticulous about detail, and proficient in translating brand and product strategies into captivating visual narratives. You have a track record of pushing beyond the brief to create portfolio-worthy content (but not beyond the budget), and are driven to capitalize on opportunities to improve your craft. You should have a strong foundation in visual design and be eager to expand your skill set into new areas such as 3D design, AI design, motion, and other innovative technologies.

Your Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar with experience in digital and print design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your skills, design sensibilities, range of style, and experience with global brands (ideally in finance and/or tech, plus if experience in DeFi/Crypto).
• Proven track record of producing quality assets that utilize visual storytelling to effectively engage audiences and demonstrate your ability to convert ambiguous briefs into actionable projects.
• Experience maintaining high-quality creative and strong attention to detail across multiple projects operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with AI Design tools (Midjourney, Spline AI, Runway) is a plus.
