This role will require establishing a strong ability to scope, build, and maintain end to end machine learning pipelines in order to dynamically manage and tune protocols under changing market conditions to maximize their growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end creation of ML models to dynamically optimize DeFi protocols
• Contribute to making our core ML infrastructure and platform world-class
• Build data models and visualizations of public blockchain data and modeling results that provide intuitive analytics to our customers to better understand our recommendations and their protocol.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience

Prior Experience/Requirements:

• Law degree from a leading university and legal training from a reputable international law firm (any jurisdiction worldwide) OR advanced degree (LL.M) and legal research or compliance experience - legal certification (bar admission) not necessary for this contract position;
• 3-5 years experience as a practising lawyer or regulatory and compliance specialist (preferably with a tech-focused firm or in the financial markets industry, but not essential);
• Awareness and basic knowledge and understanding of cross border legal and regulatory issues and of erse legal systems;
• At least a basic awareness of and passion for Web 3.0;
• Fluent in English for professional legal settings.
