8. Managing and organizing Rocket's Creative Operations - working closely with our Mission Control Chief, Growth Strategist, Designers, Creators, and Influencers.

9. Setting up deadlines and timelines for each of the briefs, doing ad creative quality assurance, and giving feedback for revisions.

10. Organizing, maintaining, and overseeing creative standards and guidelines.

11. Liaising directly with the clients about content requirements.

12. Staying on top of trends on all the social platforms, and conducting market research to understand the best ad creatives in the market.

13. Working with the Growth Strategist on our Growth Rocket Audit & Strategy service.

14. Managing several client projects.

15. Take a proactive approach to finding & testing new A.I creative tools, tactics, & strategies to level up our Creative Operations capabilities.

16. Upgrading our internal creative operations and processes, creating new structures and SOPs.

17. Manage creative projects with a high level of project management skills.

18. Participating in our team training. Continually upskilling, taking courses (paid for by Rocket) on things like designing for conversions, direct response copywriting, persuasion principles, conversion optimization, and digital marketing.

• Hospitality operator tools: Define and design the tools short-term rental operators need to run their business as effectively and enjoyably as possible. This can include listing page creation and management, calendar and reservation management, marketing products, messaging tools, and more.

• Guest and Operator loyalty programs: How might we reward guests and operators for positive behavior?

• Guest and Operator referral programs: How can we make it easy and rewarding for our community to help grow itself?

The Team

As Product Design Manager, you’ll manage and inspire our growing team of passionate designers. You’ll help the team put our community first, coach designers through our process, and focus them on the highest impact challenges with the best solutions. The Role

• Coach, grow, mentor, and lead a talented team of Product Designers through the most challenging, yet creatively stimulating work of their careers

Overview

We're on the lookout for a talented and driven web designer to join our team as a part-time contractor. As a Creative Web Designer/Director, you'll work with our clients to establish their branding and create innovative solutions that resonate with their audience.

Work with legal counsel to develop a compliance strategy to keep abreast of the compliance and regulatory changes in the U.S. and the world.RequirementsThis position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Public Administration, International Development, Finance, Economics, or related field.Must have demonstrated knowledge of devising and articulating fundamental valuation methodologies for crypto assets; decentralizing governance models associated with blockchain technology; and experience with key drivers of blockchain networks design and their impact on the four key dimensions of blockchain performance including speed, scalability, privacy, and security. Must have a global way of thinking and layout with international business and economic perspectives. This role will work closely with our Cofounder & CPO to design our Warmly Realtime Insights product that helps companies identify and engage with customers already on their websites.
