Cortico is looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to help us thoughtfully build out our growing product ecosystem and to advance our mission and impact at scale. You'll report to our VP of Design and will collaborate closely with product, engineering and partnership teams as well as researchers at MIT. 

The role is critically important to our success, and will have the opportunity to help build a cohesive design ecosystem for brand and product experiences from the ground up. We are seeking someone with deep experience in designing systems and the ability to implement a brand vision across a erse range of products and programs. Candidates should have experience and interest in brand design and execution, user experience design (mobile and desktop), development of UI/UX guidelines and toolkits, and have the ability to guide both internal and external communication design.

We are looking for a User-Experience (UX) Designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Requirements

• Experience working with product managers and frontend developers to rapidly prototype and deliver new features and UI/UX enhancements, in an agile environment.
