- Experience with managing and deploying databases on Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience in effectively deploying and administering web/database-oriented solutions in modern cloud environments. AWS preferred.
- Knowledge in working with very large Databases (5TB+) and high throughput (5000 TPS) systems
- Experience with minimizing downtime and deploying high availability architectures (99.99% uptime)

Day in the Life
The Information Security Officer (ISO) will report to the CTIO and is responsible for maintaining an enterprise-wide security program to protect the Company’s information, assets, and personnel. The ISO will ensure that the security program remains aligned to the ISO 2700x and NIST security frameworks, and that the company maintains its current TISAX certification and SOC 2 Type 2 attestation. The ISO is responsible for managing risks related to information security, business continuity planning, crisis management, and compliance. - Management. Manage the enterprise’s security organization and security professionals including hiring, training, staff development, performance management and annual compensation review. Develop and manage security budgets and monitor for variances. Develop and manage an internal security and compliance audit team. Develop business-relevant metrics. Manage timely and quality response to security related client inquiries and contract negotiations.
- Information Security. Develop, implement, monitor, and audit a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the organization. Develop, communicate and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards. Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and approved system users. This person will help drive the overall success of the payout annuity valuation team and the company’s critical financial reporting obligations. This highly visible position will interact with other departments within the organization and play a key role in analyzing key drivers of earnings through close collaboration with the Finance Department. This position is also responsible for performing Statutory, GAAP and Tax valuation of payout annuities, which lasts about 3 weeks each quarter. The remaining time will be focused on business process improvements, such as consolidating valuation models, streamlining valuation/projection/reporting processes, implementation of new regulations, and supporting admin system conversion projects.
For actuarial positions within the Actuarial Program, we aim to develop employees both through completion of actuarial examination and through practical experience. We support employees through the completion of the actuarial examination and credentialing process via competitive paid study time and full coverage of exam expenses (SOA exam fees and exam preparation material). We also provide well-rounded experience via rotations across job functions and product lines.

What areas you’ll cover;
- Logistics/Equipment Management; The Security, Risk & Ballistics Program Manager will ensure that the equipment used by the teams is accounted for, maintained properly, and retired when no longer serviceable. This would include inspections of equipment following deployments to ensure readiness for future use. The SOM will also construct an inventory management policy for the equipment. The policy would include check-in/check-out procedures, establishing authorized personnel to draw equipment, and designating specific supply liaisons to oversee equipment on-site. The SOM would leverage the existing inventory management system, designated supply liaisons, and periodic travel to New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and London to inspect the equipment.
- Consultancy; The Security, Risk & Ballistics Program Manager will provide ballistics equipment evaluations, field gear recommendations, SOP development, personal security guidance, and targeted risk assessments for global hotspots. The SOM will also leverage Anvil’s in-house security and intelligence resources and our global network of partnered security professionals to meet ABC’s information needs. The Security, Risk & Ballistics Program Manager will meet with the team at regularly scheduled intervals and as needed.
- Policy Writing; The Security, Risk & Ballistics Program Manager will generate formal policy documents for various needs. The Team
Creating and managing audiences is critical to our customers’ marketing automation success. The Audience team is responsible for features related to creating, understanding, and managing users. We also help customers organize their users into lists so they can target each user with the right message at the right time. The Team
You will report to the Senior Manager of UDI. User Data Infrastructure team handles all user and event data received from Iterable customers. The team is responsible for managing petabytes of data and handling of over 100 Billion API requests per month in a multi-tenant architecture ensuring operational efficiency. The annual base salary range for this position is $191,000 – $248,850. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. A typical day will involve a mix of: helping our users (one to one), writing up your solutions to help our entire user community (one to many) and helping us maintain our reference applications. We are looking for a Principal Vulnerability Management Engineer for our Information Security team. Our team members are given a great deal of autonomy in the pursuit of keeping Stitch Fix secure. You will demonstrate strong communication skills and you will be primarily responsible for the continued evolution of our detection capabilities, the integration of security tools used internally by the Stitch Fix Information Security team, and the advancement of our vulnerability management program.
We’re looking specifically for folks who place an emphasis on usable security. Stitch Fix is a fast-growing company, and our security program needs to be able to keep pace with that growth while not disrupting innovation. You will help us improve our vulnerability detection capabilities and risk mitigation of network level issues. You will prototype, implement, test, deploy and maintain stable engineering solutions. You will present possible technical solutions to various stakeholders, clearly explaining your decisions and how they address real user needs, incorporating feedback in subsequent iterations.
We cannot succeed without creative security engineers. Your cross-functional team will propose and build solutions for warehouse process improvement, workforce management, logistics decision-making, and workflow optimization.
REQUISITE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Building and growing a next-generation vulnerability management program
- Identifying the right combination of people, process and technology to improve our detection and remediation capabilities
- Conducting scheduled, targeted (in response to advisories and remediation verification) and expanding coverage for vulnerability scans and investigate and validate risk levels associated with vulnerabilities identified
- Providing remediation guidance and recommendations and coordinate with the Technology organization, IT and other teams as needed to provide oversight to the remediation and/or mitigation of enterprise vulnerabilities
- Thorough understanding of network defense technologies, TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, network security monitoring tools, secure engineering principles and technical security testing methodologies
- Extensive Windows, Mac, and Linux experience and common configuration deficiencies
- Thorough understanding of desktop, server, application, database, and network security hardening principles and practices for threat prevention
- Experience working as part of a patch management process and a familiarity with patching tools (i.e. SCCM, JAMF, VMWare Airwatch, etc.)
- Provide recurring and ad-hoc vulnerability reports upon request
- Reviewing and providing feedback on network level changes that bring security vulnerabilities
- Partner with warehouse and IT teams to manage vulnerabilities in our robotics and automation platforms
- Familiarity with DevSecOps (Docker, AWS, microservices) and launching and maintaining new services.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Capable of working with shifting requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand git merges, rebases, and conflict resolution.
