We are looking for an experienced Technical Proposal Writer to manage and support our proposal writing and submission efforts. This role will be vital in the creation, management, and submission of our technical writing efforts across multiple federal agencies. This role will be instrumental in facilitating growth at Oddball and will have a direct impact across all business units and the future of our company. Working directly with our executive and sales teams, this role will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all proposal writing requirements and strategies are optimized for success.
We believe someone with the following experience will thrive in this role:
- Experience writing and submitting a wide range of government proposals (RFP, RFI, RFS, etc.).
- Excellent technical writing, with the ability to understand and distill wide-ranging information into a compliant and well-written proposal, for both business and technical use cases.
- Experience working with or in VA, CMS, or DoD, with domain understanding and knowledge.
- Managing relationships and working with partners and subcontractors.
- Tech-savvy – experience communicating, writing and presenting to all levels of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- An understanding of key IT initiatives including agile, cloud, IT modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with major federal government acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and government proposal processes.

What you will actually be doing / responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Machine Learning and Data engineers to build our next generation Machine Learning platform following current industry standards.
- Develop batch and online inference systems at scale.
- Create products that will enhance model monitoring and experiment tracking in production.
- Build, deploy and manage production ready Machine Learning pipelines in collaboration with Data Scientists.
- Deploy and manage the resources of our Machine Learning infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD best practices.

- Attend the daily standup with your squad where you will track how the current sprint is going towards the sprint goal, identify any possible blocker and adapt accordingly.

- Build a new module of the machine learning platform to help data scientist and business people improve their work.
- Test a new tool or framework that could be used in our machine learning environment.
- Participate in peer programming and mentoring sessions to improve your coding skills and engineering practices.

The Information Security Engineer will work with internal teams and external vendors to integrate security solutions across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud platform (GCP) environments. The Information Security Engineer position requires an understanding of cloud services as they relate to the design, deployment and security operations, and an ability to provide technical solutions and operational recommendations while maintaining secure cloud environments.

- Execute initiatives to improve cloud security and operational resiliency
- Evaluate new cloud services and tools in order to maintain cloud security

About the Role
The Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense, while helping to drive adoption. Due to the extensive exposure that Product Specialists have with clients, they’re also in a prime location to partner with our sales and product teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Support: Product Specialists field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible. They will port tickets out to appropriate teams when needed and will retain their position as the customer’s point person through resolution.
- Customer Health: The team works hand in hand with account management, speaking with and visiting users to provide training, customizations, and product consultations.
- Growth Initiatives: Assist sales in product pitches and demos. The team also runs trial training calls, making the ability to overcome common objectives and communicate our value proposition essential to success.
- Content generation: Product Specialists identify content that our customers are likely to care about, and package it for distribution by sales and account management. This content should come in the form of timely searches/trends in the market that can be used for demos or email distribution.

The Cloud and Container Security Manager is a hands-on technical manager role responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and part of the broader Attack Surface Management group.

- 2+ years understanding governance and audit impacts of Identity and Access Management, such as running audit related access certification reviews
