About the Role

Flashbots is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager! In this hands-on role, you will lead a talented engineering team to review designs, analyze technical trade-offs, and leverage a software development process that delivers core Flashbots products like Suave. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through the software development process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering management experience shipping production-grade products, ideally using Go, Rust, or Typescript
• Advanced command of blockchain infrastructure and architectural designs
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members while upholding delivery cadence
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and MEV supply chain

ChainSafe is seeking a motivated Developer Relations inidual to represent Sygma - The interoperability layer for building cross-blockchain applications.

An inidual in this role will work closely with the Marketing, Communications teams as well as with specific-product teams within ChainSafe. Much of the work will consist of engaging with our ever-growing Discord community, contributing to or participating in ecosystem events (ie, Devcon, ETHDenver), and otherwise supporting ChainSafe’s vision of educating and empowering the next million developers into the web3 ecosystem, by way of Sygma.

We’re looking for a versatile inidual who understands developer’s needs and struggles and is ready and able to apply creative strategies to solve interesting problems surrounding community engagement and helping to educate a global audience of developers transitioning into web3.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation
  • Writing content (technical by nature) to be used for a variety of purposes including: video walkthroughs, tutorials, blog posts, conducting interviews (working with the Sygma PM), drafting questionnaires related to community engagement/growth statistics and otherwise contributing technical expertise to the communications and marketing teams efforts when necessary.
• Documentation
  • Supporting Sygma’s community by providing accessible written documentation and producing educational materials and engagement initiatives.
  • Testing, fixing and improving existing software documentation.
• Community Engagement
  • Offering mentoring, support and guidance for Sygma’s developer ecosystem and its communities (Discord, Twitter); both online as well as offline/physical events (ie, meetups, hackathons, conferences).
  • Engaging with the Sygma’s ecosystem of developers and extended community to collect feedback and report back to the team for continued product improvement.
• Ecosystem-Driven Feedback
  • Absorbing a wide scope of understanding of the entire web3 ecosystem and working with the Sygma PM to better inform the product’s market-fit.

Requirements

• Previous experience as engineer/DevRel on comparable interoperability protocols.
• Proof in action (showcasing knowledge; eg, Discord, Stack Overflow, Reddit, Medium, Dev.to).
• Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy to understand manner.
• Ability to read and understand a programming language and work with various technologies in our stack.

About the role

As a DeFi App Product Manager at Acala your goal will be to keep our Engineering team focused on building what our growing network of DeFi customers wants. About the role

As the Community & Social Media Manager at Acala your goal will be to keep our userbase updated and aware of what our growing suite of DeFi products can offer them, and to strike the balance between asking and telling them what we’re going to building next.

This is a dual role, with both Community & Social Media components, best suited to a Marketing graduate who has experienced the commercial side of web-based software products. The role will benefit from an in-depth knowledge of DeFi application practices, and the common pitfalls they succumb to, but you don’t need to be a Crypto expert.

You’ll be talking directly to our userbase on a daily basis and organising online events and product launches, and without basic DeFi user knowledge then you may find the learning curve quite steep -but you won’t be alone. You’ll be brainstorming marketing possibilities with an experienced team, as well as the Acala founders themselves, distributed throughout China and New Zealand.

Our ideal candidate will be a DeFi user and an experienced Community or Social Media Manager, who has already spent some time working with blockchain applications, whether commercially successful or not. But at a minimum we need a marketing-oriented inidual with a mature interest in decentralised finance as the future, and the general concept behind BTC/ETC applications and their use cases.

What you’ll do

• Manage Community contact via online channels, including Twitter & Discord
• Liaise with a network of Ambassador-level users
• Consolidate Community feedback into app enhancements
• Co-ordinate online events that drive our users to engage with our team & products
• Define & Own a Social Media strategy, especially geared toward Product Launches

What it takes

3 years of Community and/or Social Media Management experience Experience moderating an online community; crypto community a plus Flexibility to work with our global team across multiple timezones Strong passion for and understanding of blockchain ecosystems
