What you will do:
- Develop the layout and production design for all marketing collateral requested by GCE clients.
- Responsible for determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and selecting appropriate style and size of type while adhering to client brand and print standards.
- Meet with internal client marketing team to get final approval for designs and/or meet as needed with clients to present design concept ideas.
- Prepare notes and instructions for print production which may include color specification, folds, bleeds and other print production instructions.
- Perform administrative duties including deadline management, proper organization and archiving of files, completion of job logs and adherence to processes.
- Stay current with design trends, technology, and emerging design practices.
What you will have:
- The ability to work independently on several projects at one time and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
- Proven skills and educational training in art direction, typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design.
- Ability to manage all aspects of complex design projects in pressure situations while maintaining creativity and a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Demonstrated knowledge of structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; able to follow AP writing style guidelines.
- Strong client relations skills; able to manage projects and keep clients well-informed and engaged on an ongoing basis. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to think creatively to produce stunning visual marketing concepts and collateral.
- Working knowledge of printing processes.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines, long workday hours and weekends.
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships with a variety of personalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to be a team player by exhibiting positive responses to feedback, tight deadlines, constant change and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Mac platform and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using Workamajig project management platform a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other marketing/communications related field preferred but not required.
- A combination of experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably supporting multiple internal or external clients in a high traffic design environment.
- Specific background must include broad design experience in all types of medium.
- Must have portfolio of work examples in a variety of medium (printed materials, advertisements, graphics, multimedia, etc.) for review.

What You’ll Do:

- Partner with our Marketing Director to plan, execute, and produce innovative and on-brand designs to support our marketing team and grow all sides of TeamSnap’s business
- Execute attractive and effective presentation decks, social media advertising (organic & paid media), marketing collateral (print and web), email marketing, and landing pages, etc. You have the opportunity to touch many different mediums, tasks, and topics to grow your knowledge
- Understand project scope and requirements
- Develop product illustrations, logos, and other graphics as needed
- Help dream up creative ideas to take our marketing design to the next level
- Use a wide range of design techniques to create a final product
- Communicate effectively with your stakeholders and leaders
- QA designs for errors, accuracy, and give general feedback
- Ability to scope projects correctly and capable of prioritizing and moving between multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills
What Will Set You up for Success:

- 3+ years relevant design experience and a strong online portfolio demonstrating your creative process
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator
- Must have experience with video editing and motion graphics software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $60,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. A Day in the Life:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma to join us in our journey. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field to UX/UI design. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and ability to utilize them efficiently.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, color, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and rationale.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desirable.

Our team is seeking a part-time designer to support our growth and marketing efforts for approximately 8-12 weeks. Under the direction of the Head of Brand Experience, this role will work closely with our Content, Engagement, and Product teams to develop marketing assets – including custom landing pages, decks, and marketing collateral – to support our member acquisition campaigns. We’re looking for a designer with an understanding of WebFlow, HTML and CSS, as well as a strong visual sensibility and understanding of core UX principles. What you'll do

Who you are
You have at least 3-5+ years prior UI/UX product design experience working on consumer products, mobile apps, or at design-focused companies
You have Knowledge of front end/mobile development languages, including experience working with HTML, CSS, and designing for software similar to WebFlow
You have strong visual and graphic design skills, with layout experience for both print and web
Experience with creative software including Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), UXPin
You have a deep understanding and proven experience with digital design for consumers, with a focus on web and mobile products
You have strong knowledge of modern UI/UX and product design standards, as well as mobile/responsive techniques for web design
