Verda - A Media and Film Production company that produces online media content for YouTube & other sites.
I want you to create a Logo for the company. I want it to look timeless, yet modern, but not too modern to where it doesn't fit in. A sort of established feel as though the company has been around for a while (but not outdated).
The logo only needs to be the word "Verda" and perhaps space for "Verda Studios", "Verda Labs", etc. underneath the main design. It won't require a design alongside it as of now, just a focus on the text.
Some of the main production companies I guess give the feel for what audience we're targeting, so that it doesn't get mistaken for another type of company.
For colours, I'm unsure but was leaning towards a cinema feel. However I don't want it to be a copy of Netflix so the Red, White, Black scheme might not work well. I attached a blue similar cinema that could perhaps work but I want you to play around and see what you think works best too.
If you have any questions just shoot me a message and I'll be happy to get back to you!

I am looking for some support. I am developing a coaching company for the next generation of leaders. We want people to lead different. We want people to accomplish their organizational goals without compromising their personal goals, or burning out. At VAST coaching we want our members to Lead with Well-being. We are a curious, compassionate, collaborative and creative community for our members. We focus on supporting the next generation of leaders. We are trauma informed, neuro-inclusive and focus on strengths based and person centered coaching. As the founder I want this brand to inspire people to break from the exploitive traditions of business and leadership. We offer inidualized programs, small private groups, one on one and a members area that offers a continually expanding libabry of resources and our members can use those resources to become an ICF credential MCC. The brand should appeal to 25-35 year olds, who suspect they might be in the 20% of adults who are not aware that they have ADHD, but are frustrated from trying things the traditional way. This brand should appeal to innovators, explorers archetypes and those who are passionate about making a change in the world through their business.

Who We Are
Roboflow is a venture-backed SaaS startup that empowers innovators all over the world to build, train, and deploy computer vision models. Roboflow believes that computer vision is a foundation technology that will transform nearly every industry. We currently have over 250,000 users, including half of the Fortune 100. Roboflow has enabled our customers to accelerate cancer research, conduct experiments in space, accelerate the world’s transition to green energy, and improve the retail experience (to name a few!) with world-altering technology. Investors like Y Combinator, David Sack’s Craft Ventures, Lachy Groom, the founders of OpenAI (Sam Altman and Greg Brockman), and many others back Roboflow.
As with any rapidly scaling startup, we hope to build a team that is both versatile and adaptable. Each role has tremendous potential for growth. As such, we believe that coachability, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset are more important than experience or qualifications.

You’ll help us craft our brand identity and figure out how to best communicate and adjust it as necessary. We also believe in championing our superpowers and leaning into how we can grow and excel with them. We’d love to have a designer interested in flexing and growing their product design and user experience skills as well, especially in the context of crafting design components, improving our usability and aesthetic, and contributing to product initiatives to eventually lead your own.
As an early hire both from a company and design organization perspective, you’ll have an immense impact on the product and the direction of Design and Marketing at Roboflow.
📅 Within one month, you will…

* Fluent in HTML and CSS with experience with Javascript and Python* Skills with Node.js, Tailwind, React, and Webflow are big differentiators.* Excellent brainstorming skills and possesses a blend of ergent and convergent thinking.* Possess a genuine interest and enthusiasm to learn the evolving concepts of computer vision, machine learning, and developer tooling, and the future ahead.* Strong understanding of web development best practices, common design patterns, responsive design, and general coding standards. Experience with accessibility standards are a plus.* A storyteller who champions visual design and polish to improve user’s experience, understanding, and first impression of the company.* Someone who wants to gain experience and grow their product designer skills and contribute to the Design team’s visual identity and overall brand.* Skilled communicator and collaborator that wants to eventually lead projects across both Marketing and Product teams.* Someone who wants to blur the boundaries of their role, work across different types of design and initiatives to fully develop their skill sets.* Any sort of interest or experience with motion graphics or interactive visual content will stand out.Who You'll Be Working With

Glencoco Founding Product Designer Job Description
We are looking for an A+ Product Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a senior level designer skilled at each stage of the design process and well versed with atomic design systems or a similar framework.
Vision & Product
Glencoco’s mission is to connect enterprises and people to create billions of opportunities.
We’re a team of MIT/former FB engineers with experience at large enterprise companies like Verkada and Wiz is building an Uber/Doordash-like app for B2B Sales and creating a two-sided managed marketplace.
Here are our Operating Principles, which is the foundational document to read for any candidate.
Opportunity
Design is at the center of everything we do because of how unusual the platform is. It must be as delightful to use for inidual users as it is to use Instagram or the Uber Driver App, while for businesses, we want to take existing Salestech/CRM design patterns, which are typically ugly and boring, and challenge the status quo. Our current platform reflects this, but for the next stage of our growth, we want to include additional features and add gamification elements to our platform that require high creative intuition as well as an understanding of user and business customer psychology. Because of how unusual the platform is - yet, existing design patterns are abundant, this will be an incredible breeding ground to conceptualize design patterns that push the boundaries of UX, UI, and visual delight.
We’re also very early stage, so you'll have an outsized equity stake and an unparalleled opportunity to shape the product direction. Designers and engineers at Glencoco decide what gets built and why, in addition to figuring out how. You'll get to design large product surface areas, not just features, and be responsible for making key product decisions across the platform.
You'll also get to join the company just as we're taking off, with ample resources to set us up for success. Our company is backed by top-tier VCs, including Felicis Ventures, Crossbeam.vc, BOND Capital, and L2 Ventures as well as incredible angels, including the former Head of Brand Design at Stripe and the former VP of Product at Roblox. Our team backgrounds include Facebook, Verkada, Wiz, MIT, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, and Waterloo. The founders have both worked at multiple startups that exited and/or achieved a multi-billion+ valuation. The CEO was the former Head of Growth at Wiz, the fastest growing company in human history, reaching $100M ARR in 18 months.
Right now, we're Williamsburg, NY based, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a flexible, collaborative UX designer to help bring this vision to life. Experience in UI, IxD, and Product is a huge plus. You’re likely a good fit if you’ve got strong product chops, are detail-oriented, and ship high-quality designs efficiently. You can elegantly break down features into seamless workflows, while constantly thinking about how to delight users. You think big but know how to start small and scope ideas down to MVPs. You know how to design robust systems and are also comfortable breaking a few rules. You generate clever solutions when faced with constraints and put ego aside when making decisions. You love collaborating with product-minded engineers and work well in ambiguous environments.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A portfolio of best-in-class work reflecting high level craftsmanship and compelling design.
You have proven experience of 4+ years in the industry
You are a creative team leader with the ability to cultivate an enriching environment, and shared understanding of the user-centered approach between design, content, product and engineering.
Vast experience with prototyping on multiple platforms
Keen attention to detail
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, iteration design, and usability testing
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders/clients
Creative problem solving skills.
