The base salary range for this role is $143,000 - $230,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $118,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

5+ years of support and networking experienced required Network troubleshooting, including use of Wireshark, trace route and MTR to identify problems SSL, HTTP/HTTPS troubleshooting via browsers (performance and errors) IPv4, IPv6, routing, DNS, load balancing, PAC files, proxies, and other layer 2-4 concepts Authentication systems such as LDAP, MS AD etc
