Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $118,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. Additionally the role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have.

Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities.
Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.
Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.

Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).
