About the role

We’re hiring a DeFi Analyst & Customer Success/Account Manager (referred to internally as an “Associate”") to work directly with our clients. In this role, you’ll meet with clients one-on-one via video calls to help them strategically navigate DeFi, build custom portfolios, and make progress toward their goals using our proven system.

You’ll need back-of-hand familiarity with all things DeFi—terms like “bridging,”" “perps,”" and “burner wallets”" should already be part of your working vocabulary, and you should be able to speak and act on them without preparation. The Role

The Compliance Manager will be a key team member reporting to Ethena’s General Counsel supporting both the Operations and Legal teams. This role will be critical to Ethena’s compliance obligations to our key strategic partners in regulated markets, as well as our own regulatory licences and general internal risk processes and procedures. You’ll be responsible for onboarding processes as well as transaction monitoring and investigation processes, and you will develop & enhancing them as we scale.
