Your Mission
Your primary mission will be to establish a strong design foundation for Noloco and ensure that our platform is simple, powerful, and flexible for our users. What You'll Be Doing
* Product & UX Design: Designing intuitive, modern, and practical experiences in Figma.
* Component Design: Creating modular UI components that work well across many different customer-built apps.* Design System: Establishing a consistent, scalable design system to improve UI coherence.* User Research: Talking to users, running usability tests, and gathering feedback to guide and refine designs.* Mobile UX Improvement: Revising the app experience to improve usability on mobile.* Iteration & Execution: Rapidly shipping, testing, and improving designs based on user feedback.* Collaboration: Working directly with engineers to ship the new features.What Exactly You'll Be Doing
* Designing and iterating on at least 3+ new product features in your first 6-12 months.
* Creating a scalable design system for Noloco’s modular app components.* Redesigning the mobile experience to improve usability on smaller screens.* Working closely with engineering to ensure designs are effectively implemented.* Engaging with customers directly to understand their pain points and needs.* Collaborating with the CEO, product, and engineering teams to shape Noloco’s product direction.* Making quick decisions and prioritizing progress over perfection.Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, ideally in a B2B company.

Where Will You Work?
