Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.
The role is hybrid remote in the Czech Republic. You have to be based and legally authorized to work in the country.
Why do we love building Make (and why you might, too)?
We’re a team of developers, and it’s second nature for us to whip up a solution with some coding. But what about folks who aren’t developers or don’t have one in their corner? They could get trapped in a monotonous cycle of tedious tasks, shuffling data around, and missing out on doing things that really matter.
That’s where Make comes in. We’ve created a space where anyone can craft powerful automations that are as intuitive and fun as playing a game. We’re here to share the buzz of creating something awesome that works like a charm and to turn everyday iniduals into makers.
What you’ll do:
You're about to hop on board with Make Labs, an early-stage startup nested in a big-league company, on a super cool mission to shake up the no-code universe all over again. You'll join a squad of brilliant folks, driving the product design, pitching in on the big picture of what we should build & why, and crafting the kind of experience that'll have our customers grinning from ear to ear. You're gonna roll up your sleeves, jump in, and have a blast turning wild ideas into reality.
Why design matters:
We believe that design creates value for customers–powerful features are only great when they come to life through how the product makes people feel. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and take the experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll be working closely with product management and front-end engineering teams to build out innovative new solutions. These solutions will be the future of Make, rooted in the core values of today’s Make.
Our ideal candidate lives and breathes the intersection of aesthetics, experience, and possibility as it relates to building amazing products. This role is an opportunity to significantly impact the future of Make. It’s a role for someone who sees every pixel, but also craves knowing the why and how it matters to customers.
This role is highly visual and hands-on; the right person loves thinking systematically and holistically about the product’s design language, and wants to create the right visual elements that will be the foundation for all interactions.
What we are looking for
A product designer with strong UI skills who believes that working in erse teams and complex problem spaces brings out even more creativity
Hands-on experience with developing visual systems and patterns that are coherent to the company brand and style
Proficient in applying motion and animation design to the experience
Can apply UX/UI principles in service of a delightful but usable solution
Ability to give & receive constructive feedback in design reviews
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design for products
Written and verbal fluency in English

Hey there! We’re Zuplo, your friendly neighborhood API management company, here to make the digital world a little shinier and a lot more fun. We’re on a mission to create the sleekest, sexiest, and downright best API platform in the APIverse. But here’s the thing: we can’t do it without a designer who’s part visionary, part pixel perfectionist, and part creative genius. That's where you come in.
The Gig:
You’ll be the Michelangelo of our digital Sistine Chapel, working on:
- Zuplo UI: We want to dazzle users every time they click a button or scroll a page. If you can make our interface so intuitive that our grandmas could use it (and maybe even want to), then you’re our kind of designer.
- Open Source Projects: Ever heard of ratemyopenapi.com and Mockbin.io? If not, you will soon! These are our babies, and they need a design glow-up that’ll make them the talk of the tech world. We have more projects queued up that will need your love too.
- Website & Social Presence: Our website and social channels are like our digital front porch. We need you to make it the kind of porch people want to hang out on—chilled lemonade optional, but highly encouraged.
- Brand Brilliance: Help us craft a brand that stands out like a beacon in the fog of the digital sea. We want Zuplo to be on the mind of every developer that works on APIs.
You:
- You can craft beautiful, usable user interfaces that delight technical folks.
- You're technical enough to have some empathy with our target audience (engineers).
- Your portfolio is so impressive it should have its own IMDb page.
- You’re a self-starter who can take an idea and run with it. Like Usain Bolt.

Hybrid work at Stripe
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for iniduals and their teams.
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $152,700 - $229,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
