Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $118,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Position Overview
The Lead Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping Seraphi’s user experience by designing engaging, intuitive, and data-driven interfaces that empower users on their health and wellness journey. As an early team member, you will have significant ownership over design decisions, from user research and discovery to the final UI polish. About the Position:

What will you do as a Creative Director at Etna?
As a Creative Director, you will:
- Set the creative bar and help everyone live up to those world-class expectations.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 annually. About The Role
Paired is looking for a Senior Product Designer to elevate our user experience and drive long-term engagement for couples. In this fully remote senior role, you will lead the design process within our Engagement squad, covering everything from concept to execution. Strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate great product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills, a clear process and results
Proven ability to work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, as well as narrowly defined, tactical features
