Your role

As our Product Designer, you’ll be at the core of shaping Everyman’s customer experience—from first touchpoint on landing pages, through our medical diagnosis flow, to checkout, to post purchase engagement and re-ordering and managing their treatment plans... you even shape the packaging experience.

You will be a key part of our team and you'll have the autonomy to shape, envision, and build seamless customer flows. Without a full time product manager defining every detail for you, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and driving impactful design decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Visual Design Lead: It will be your task to make Everyman look freaking awesome — from typography to layout, you own the visual magic that makes people say damn, this is beautiful

• Conversion Optimization: Improve our 18-step medical funnel, landing pages, and checkout flows through research, testing, and iteration

• Retention & Patient Experience: Shape post-purchase journeys with better email flows, and a powerful MyPatient space

• Scalable Design System: Lay the groundwork for a cohesive UI/UX foundation for future growth

Need to have

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or conversion heavy D2C products

• A proven track record in landing page optimization, and funnel performance improvements

• Experience designing customer retention flows & post-purchase UX

• Strong portfolio showing work on conversion-driven digital products

Overview

As Founding Designer at Reno, LLC, you will be a legacy creative leader, entrusted with shaping the company’s visual identity and user experience from the ground up. You will operate with full ownership over design decisions, working independently with some guidance from Operations, and sharing final deliverables to both co-founders.

This role is designed to be milestone-based, respecting your concurrent full-time role at another company. We value your flexibility and creativity and trust your ability to deliver high-quality assets on a timeline that works for you.

Responsibilities

●      Lead the design and creative execution for all Reno core assets, including:

The opportunity as Web Designer

As a Web Designer at Embedded Medical, you’ll design and develop high-converting landing pages and quiz funnels for our embedded brands. This role is focused on execution, not brand creation — you’ll be implementing visual assets into performance-first designs that directly impact results. Being a Product Designer at Embedded Medical

You’ll be taking the lead on product design at Embedded Medical.

This is a founding role, so you’ll be setting the direction and shaping the product experience from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for redesigning the web app and leading the design of our native app, which is currently in development.

You’ll report directly to our Head of Product and Operations (Ben Dowdle), and work closely with engineering, ops, and data. On any given week, you might be syncing with engineers in Kosovo, reviewing support feedback from the ops team, or refining designs that help reduce the thousands of user messages we get each week. The product has grown fast without design input — your role is to bring clarity, logic, and care into everything we ship moving forward.

This is a full-time remote role. We’re async-friendly and flexible on hours, though some overlap with UK or US time zones is helpful for staying in sync with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Straight away:

• Redesign the core web app experience to improve flow, navigation, and clarity across existing features

• Identify where users are getting stuck or confused and propose clear, practical design solutions

• Turn support feedback, team input, and product data into actionable UX improvements

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that make complex tasks feel simple

• Make the product easier to navigate and understand so users always know where they are and what to do

• Work closely with engineering and ops to move fast and ship improvements continuously

In the future:

• Lead the design of our native app from scratch from early concepts through to launch

• Define the structure, interaction patterns, and visual language of the mobile experience

• Build and maintain a simple design system to support visual and functional consistency across platforms
