About the Role

What You'll Do

What We Look For
8+ years of experience in product design, with experience in Payments, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, embracing a scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing your experience with product design, particularly in designing for complex systems or platforms.
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership to drive projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 -$180,000.00 annually. Salary placement will vary and factors such as prior experience and geographic location will be taken into consideration. The role is eligible for an equity grant and benefits such as health insurance, 401K, paid parental leave, generous company holidays and paid time off are also offered.
