What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
- Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL marketing and offline activation.
- Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
- Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base.
- Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.
What We Look For In You
- Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- A passion for crypto and digital assets.
- Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
