Disclaimer: Think of our technical support as the first minutes of the Earth's birth. Total chaos, pure elemental energy transformed over billions of years into spectacular nature and the beauty of life. Well, we're at the beginning of that journey, and if turning literally nothing into beauty excites you, that's us! You will be the only dedicated Technical Support Engineer, which means a lot of responsibility for you plus the opportunity to make your own mark on how we help our customers become super successful with Tiptap, increase their satisfaction with our products and services, and accelerate their time to value. So get your hands dirty with us and join our mission to become the most human engineering support!
The core problem, we’re solving with Tiptap
Millions of people around the world are using them right now in their web browsers: Text editors. While the vast majority of users have no idea about the underlying technology, and even most web-savvy people think of a text editor as a simple piece of Code, most of the content on the web comes through them, and while it always seems like an easy problem to solve for web developers at first, it's extremely difficult and finicky to do well, especially when you need to build more sophisticated editor UIs like Google Docs or Notion do.
That's why we built Tiptap. Transforming this complexity into fun.
About Tiptap
Chances are high that you’ve already heard of Tiptap or used it as an end user of one of your favorite SaaS tools you work with every day. Tiptap is one of the most popular editor frameworks in the world and is used by thousands of companies like LinkedIn, Substack, Axios or GitLab in their software to provide the most advanced editor experience to their customers.
With our additional cloud offerings, we are striving to build the leading ecosystem of services around the Tiptap editor that will make life much easier for product teams and developers using Tiptap. Our mission is to shape the future of how content is created on the web, by making every text editor smart and collaborative. Sounds too bold? Indeed, it is!

Your mission—should you choose to accept it—is to find the Tribe a home wherever we plan to go. You will set up a global network of villas, houses, and apartments that keep the Tribe connected and productive. You'll ensure these homes reflect our attention to quality and care for community. You’ll be working closely with the founding team to achieve this vision.
You will be at the core of our global expansion strategies. You’ll source, negotiate, and manage property contracts and landlord relationships. The person we’re looking for will have excellent project management skills, experience negotiating complex deals in multiple languages, and will genuinely enjoy working in fast-paced teams.
Ideally, you’re located in the European/African time zone or be willing to work a schedule that overlaps with Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Hey… we did say it was global, right?
We don’t just want you to join the team, we want you to become a member of our community and travel side-by-side with our legendary members. If you’ll be finding the Tribe’s homes, well, you better start living in them and travel the world with us!
Who We Are (Our Culture)
- We’re obsessed with this community. We have all chosen to join the team, first and foremost, because we love this community; a place where remarkable people from all over the world meet and shape their ideal lives together.
- We’re a tight-knit team. We look out for one another, cheer each other on, and celebrate every win. We’re fully remote, and always bouncing around the world, but take every chance to meet up in person.
- We’re as erse as the United Nations. Our team of 13 represents 10 different nationalities! Many of us have become permanently nomadic global citizens, as we travel the world side-by-side with our members.
- We’re small but mighty. Our small size is our strength. It helps us stay agile, creative, and united in the camaraderie of achieving our mission. We’re nifty, we’re inventive and we don’t give up.
- We show courage. We don’t compromise when it comes to our values, our mission, or who we are. Every member of our team has the courage to stand up for what they believe in and challenge bad ideas. We know that doing the right thing always pays off in the end.
- We care. We take full ownership of our work because we take pride in everything we do. We care about how we show up and who or what we’re becoming. And of course, we care about our teammates and our community members.
- We’re explorers at heart. We’re curious and adaptable, which is why each of us chose to take on this crazy challenge of building a global community and a startup at the same time. Everyone on the team has lived, worked, and travelled with the Tribe for at least a month – some of us for years. Joining this team means embarking on the biggest adventure of your career.
- We lead with humility. We don’t compete for titles or status; we’re driven by passion for our mission and love for our work. There is no space for big egos here. But, we take pride in our work and in becoming great at what we do.
Who You Are (Traits)
- You’re a hustler. You always find a way to succeed because you don’t give up. You keep digging until you’ve found what you’re looking for, no matter how big the challenge.
- You move FAST. You love the feeling of getting sh*t done and moving fast. It energizes you.
- But you let NOTHING slip through the cracks. You pride yourself on your attention to detail. You’re meticulous in tracking information, contracts, and communications.
- You’re super organized and reliable. You’re the one in the team who makes sure that everything stays on track and gets done on time.
- You have a mind for strategy. You enjoy taking on a challenging goal and working backwards to make it happen. Before any big project, you set aside the time to strategize about how to get the best results and how your work fits into the bigger picture.
- You’re a problem solver. When things don’t go as planned, you’re resourceful and quick on your feet to come up with solutions.
- You think in systems. You have a logical mind, and you naturally create systems and processes that improve how you (and others) work.
- You set your own course. As long as you know clearly where you’re going, you know that you’ll be able to figure out how to get there. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
- You own your mission. You thrive when you own a project from start to finish, and you take pride in your work without letting ego get in the way of the team’s success.
- You’re tougher than a pressure-cooker. You can work well under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and lead challenging, high-stakes conversations without breaking a sweat.
What You’re Great At (Skills)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. You’re articulate in English (and ideally in another language) and can build strong relationships across cultures.
- Strong project management skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities, without sacrificing quality, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Impressive negotiation skills. You know how to secure the best deals, balancing cost and quality, and you're confident on the phone.
- Internet-savvy. You know how to navigate the web for research and solutions, and you're comfortable working remotely.
What You’ve Done (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of successful negotiations
- 5+ years project management experience
- English at a native level and confident negotiating in English
- Ideally also native level Spanish and confident negotiating in Spanish

Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up Hi, this is Arpana, one of the founding members of Fresh Prints. In December 2016, I came across a job post on Naukri from Jacob Goodman, one of the co-owners of Fresh Prints. They were looking for someone to lead their Operations team in India. The post had already been taken down, but I decided to send Jacob an email anyway. To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would be a life-changing opportunity.During the interview process, it became clear just how new everything was. There was no office, no payroll system, no established infrastructure at all. But what struck me was Jacob and Josh’s unwavering belief in the vision they had for Fresh Prints. They didn’t have all the answers, but their passion was contagious, and I knew I wanted to be part of building something from the ground up. So, I jumped in. I found an office, figured out payroll, and brought in my childhood best friend to help get things off the ground. There were so many unknowns in those early days, but that’s exactly what made it so exciting. I had the chance to wear multiple hats, solve problems on the fly, and help build something tangible. What started as a team of two quickly grew, and over the next few years, we scaled operations across Finance, Tech, and Marketing. As the first employee of Fresh Prints India, I’ve been lucky enough to help shape this company from its earliest stages. After a short break to have my daughter, I returned to lead HR and recruiting. We’ve gone from a scrappy startup to a team of 400+ people across three countries. But the truth is, even with all that growth, we know it’s still day 1.One of the things I’m most proud of is how we made it through COVID-19 together. I still remember March 15, 2020—Josh, our co-owner and CEO, sent an email to everyone announcing that the office was shutting down indefinitely. Just like so many people around the world, we were suddenly isolated from the routines and connections we relied on. We were nervous and found ourselves staring down a financial cliff. In a matter of weeks, we went from million-dollar months to zero revenue. All universities closed. All events stopped. But we’d been planning for the worst for years. From day 1 we knew we’d have to make our balance sheet a strength. We figured negative events were inevitable and our stress test was to always make sure we could operate for at least year of 0 revenue without making layoffs. When Covid hit, we were scared, but felt prepared. And as we struggled to adapt, something unexpected happened—we pivoted. As PPE demand soared, we initially hesitated, but then realized this was exactly what the world needed. Shifting from tees to PPE wasn’t just a business decision; it was about showing up in a way that mattered. The entire team rallied behind the idea, and our adaptability and speed helped us keep going. While so many companies were just trying to survive, Fresh Prints not only made it but even grew. It wasn’t easy, but this experience showed me how deeply committed we are to each other and our mission. The grit and determination we built in those tough times, that willingness to adapt and keep each other steady—it's what defines us today. The opportunities that were available to me when I joined as the first employee are still here today! In fact, they’re bigger now than ever. We’re at an exciting point in our journey, and we’re looking for people who want to have a massive impact on the next chapter of this story. If you’re someone who sees opportunity and isn’t afraid to chase it, this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone to take ownership, challenge the norm, and help us build something that lasts. Fresh Prints is a place where there are no limits. If you’re someone who likes running at challenges head on, this is the role for you. If you’re looking for a clear set of instructions, this role isn’t.If our story resonates, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:* Review applications and identify best talents as per requirementsCoordinate various rounds of assessments & interviewsSourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applicationsCommunicating with management and other team members to ensure status updatesAny other responsibilities delegatedExperience: At least 6 months of experience in Talent AcquisitionAnalytical and process-oriented mindset Attention to detail and relentless follow-up Ability to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal EnglishKey Attributes:Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plusExperience with in-house recruitment is preferredCompensation & Benefits* Competitive Salary $400 USD* Night Shift Allowance of $40 USD per month* Health Insurance* Mental Health BenefitLocation & Timings* Work from home* 2 PM - 11 PM ISTFresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes ersity; actively encouraging people of all backgrounds, ages, LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities to apply. #Salary and compensation

Constructive, a leading social impact strategy and design firm, is seeking a Lead UX Designer with deep expertise in UX design for content-rich websites and strong people management skills.
Constructive is a close-knit, committed team of experts who partner with visionary organizations to create greater understanding about the world and help make it a more fair, equitable, and sustainable place. Our culture is built on values that are essential to who we are and how we show up—deeply held beliefs about the importance of empathy, accountability, teamwork, and respect that we look for in everyone who joins our team. If the above sounds a lot like you and you’re passionate about producing great work for purpose-led brands, then please read on.
About the Role
Please note, this is not a product or app design role. It is solely focused on User Experience Design and the role will not include any visual or UI design. Our work is overwhelmingly branding and website design, with storytelling and engagement at its core. Constructive’s Lead UX Designer will lead our UX design team and report to the Director of Strategy & User Experience to ensure that the work we co-create with clients is strategically sound, creatively inspired, and highly effective. We are looking for a skilled UX designer on a trajectory toward a director-level role with a vision that will ultimately guide and shape the company’s UX practice as it continues to evolve to meet clients' needs.
You’ll manage and mentor our UX designers to help them continuously create stand-out work. You’ll listen to, learn from, and lead clients—facilitating UX research and assessments, leading exploratory workshops, developing data models and information architecture, creating sitemaps and wireframes, conducting usability studies, presenting work, and providing consultative guidance. You’ll collaborate with Constructive’s strategy, content, design, and engineering teams, too, ensuring that what we produce delivers results.
Your Core Responsibilities
Below are the primary activities and outcomes that Constructive’s Lead UX Designer is accountable for and by which your success and contributions will be measured.
- Produce exceptional UX work. You and your team consistently create UX designs that meet our standards, are aligned with strategy, and continuously set the bar higher.
- Shape our UX design practices. You ensure that the sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes you and your team produce embody best practices and “next practices” in human-centered design, bringing new perspectives and practices to the team.
- Lead our UX design team. You manage, mentor, and elevate our UX designers—inspiring them, strengthening their skills, and coaching them to seek greatness in their work.
- Lead UX design workshops. You translate brand and digital strategies into collaborative client workshops that produce the foundation for mission-aligned brand experiences.
- Lead client presentations. You present UX work persuasively, articulate how design solutions deliver on strategy while solving critical challenges, and steer conversations to balance the need to integrate client feedback with the need to advocate for effective design.
- Collaborate across teams. You work closely with our strategy, content, design, and engineering teams to ensure the work is faithfully translated into final deliverables and wonderful, designed experiences.
- Contribute thought leadership. You help our Marketing Lead produce thought leadership on UX design practices by sharing your ideas so that they can be turned into articles, webinars, and other content marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong alignment with our core values.
- At least 5 years of UX design experience, primarily in an agency setting, creating large-scale, content-rich, brand presence websites.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and overseeing the work of other UX designers.
- Exceptional UX design and human-centered design skills—particularly in designing high-polish wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborative leadership capabilities with the ability to manage designers and manage up to the Director of Strategy & User Experience for feedback and support.
- Exceptional presentation and speaking skills—the ability to build confidence in clients, persuasively articulate our ideas without being pushy, and facilitate strategic feedback conversations.
- An allergic reaction to mediocre work, an unrelenting eye for detail, and an insistence that any work we produce meets our highest standards and honors our clients’ trust in us.
- Fluency with Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Proficiency in UX research, interviewing, usability testing, as well as the tools and software used to conduct and organize research.
- Proficiency in content strategy and content design a plus.
What We Offer

About Oku
At Oku, we aim to close the gap between the CeFi and DeFi trading experiences. It is no mistake that 95% of crypto trading occurs on centralized platforms like Binance and Coinbase since their organizations have spent substantially more time and resources investing in their trading interface, while DeFi has primarily been focused at the infrastructure and protocol level for the last several years.
However, that is going to change soon. While CeFi organizations enjoy their web2 stack, a web3 company like Oku can leverage the composability of the DeFi ecosystem and blockchain technology to offer a high-quality trading experience that will eventually be indistinguishable from CeFi and, in the long run, overcome their legacy systems. That is why Oku has 40+ partners in or supporting the app.
Oku initially started as a project within GFX Labs after they received a $1.6M grant from the Uniswap Foundation in October 2022 to build and launch a reimagined trading interface, analytics platforming, and API for Uniswap v3. After ten months of development, Oku launched in July 2023, and since then, Oku has supported the DAO Uniswap’s efforts to expand across new blockchains.
Today, our primary feature is our smart order routing system, which integrates 8+ order routing systems to ensure all users find the best price possible. We have also adapted our order routing technology to offer a bridge aggregator with 11+ integrated bridges. Most recently, to close the CeFi/DeFi gap further, we added on/off-ramping with USD and EURO to our interface at an industry-low fee of 0.25%. Our other popular features include trustless onchain limit orders built directly on Uniswap v3, our position maker page for users who want to manage their LP positions, and our Uniswap v3 analytics.
Over the coming years, Oku will be expanding the scope of our offering and improving the quality of our user experience.
Why work at Oku?
- Any firm can pay a high salary and offer good incentives (as will we), but most can’t offer interesting, challenging, and rewarding work.
- We have something to prove. Our team is young and hungry. We like to move fast and make things. We know when to double down and when to cut our losses. We are going to make mistakes, and we are going to build a better product because of them. We don’t micromanage or have a huge team of product managers. We want self-starters who can take charge and solve problems.
- We don’t care if you went to school, what grades you got, or your age. Show us what you have built, what problems you have solved, and what skills you have.
About the role:
Oku is scaling! This is a great non-technical role. Oku is looking for someone who can manage new and existing relationships and support our general company operations. Today, Oku supports 22+ blockchains, 8+ order routing systems, and 11+ bridges. In this role, you would pitch new blockchains on Oku and assess new order routing systems and bridges. In addition, the role will support the go-between our partners and the work with our developer and marketing teams.
You might be great for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in business development.
- 1+ year of onchain/DeFi experience.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Thrive in an environment where you have significant independence.
- You’ve worked for a crypto company previously.
- Experience working in a +20 organization.
- You are proactive and driven by curiosity.
- High energy, strong work ethic, with disciplined execution skills.
- High business acumen and strong analytical ability coupled with empathy and collaboration skills.
- Experience building from the ground up.
- Know how to use Excel/Google Sheets
Primary responsibilities:
- Support new and existing partner relationships
- Coordinate between internal and external members
- Support the Oku documentation
- Organize and author statements of work
- Managing invoicing
- Support hiring
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
Bonus:
- Analytic inidual
- Familiarity with Figma
- Familiarity with Google Analytics

- $75K-$125K
