The Challenge As a Collections Specialist, you'll be crucial in maximizing the recovery of past due receivables within the Finance organization. Reporting to the EMEA AR/Collections Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, using your communication skills to resolve delinquencies through calls and emails while providing excellent customer service.
