We’re looking for a Creative Director with strong design expertise to lead our brand sprints. This role combines hands-on brand design work with high-level creative direction and client relationship management. As the Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of projects, ensuring seamless execution while mentoring and collaborating with a Senior Designer.

Initially, you’ll work closely with our founder for guidance, but the goal is to train you to independently lead your own pod and uncap your earning potential. This is a high-impact role for a designer who is not only talented but also eager to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Direct the creative vision for brand sprint projects, ensuring outcomes are both visually stunning and strategically aligned.

• Hands-On Design: Actively participate in the design process, from conceptualization to delivery, demonstrating exceptional skill and efficiency.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting work, managing feedback, and ensuring a smooth, collaborative process.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a Senior Designer, fostering a complementary partnership that brings out the best in both of you.

• Project Ownership: Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones, reporting only critical updates to the founder.

• Mentorship: Develop the skills and confidence of your Senior Designer, creating a high-performing, balanced team.

• Brand Building: Deliver complete, polished brand identities, including logo systems, case studies, and digital assets.

• Create engaging motion designs and videos.

• Use your expert-level skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Webflow, as well as other design tools.

• The designer will be expected to work on templates in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, etc., making assets convenient for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design and motion graphics.

• Expertise in UX design and motion design.

• Experience with Webflow (preferred), Wordpress and/or Hubspot platforms.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.

• Talented illustrator with a keen eye for detail and story-driven visuals.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain your work to the team as well as directly to clients.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and accountability in a remote work environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for discovering creative solutions.
