Salary
Salary range starting at $88k for U.S.-based employees. We are a remote-first company and determine our pay range for this position based on the market rates for Philadelphia, our home base. The salary offered will be based on your experience and skill level.
For candidates outside of the United States, we will calculate a local market rate based on pay for comparable positions in that market and comparable benefits packages when possible. While we are open to candidates outside the continental United States, we prefer someone who resides in a time zone that aligns with continental US working hours.
Annual bonuses are variable and are tied to a percentage of the company's end of year profits and the employee's time worked and salary earned during the year. In the last three years, they have averaged 15% of annual salary.

We are looking for a top-notch graphic / UX designer to help us with our first company white paper! We will provide you with the content, and your job is to make it shine with creative visual design that aligns with our branding guideline.
This project will require 10-20 hours of work during the week of Oct 14-18 (we are working on a tight timeline). The final deliverable will be a 15-20 page document with 5-8 visual assets.
🤝 Long term partnership
Primerli is skyrocketing on a 10X growth trajectory, and we are ramping up on our content marketing effort. This means we will have long term needs for visual design work, including both digital design (e.g., website landing pages, newsletters, infographics for blog articles) and print design (e.g., brochures, white papers).

Key Responsibilities
Create exceptional UI/UX designs as we execute our ambitious product roadmap.
Maintain an organized design process in Linear.
Keep your Figma files clean and organized.
QA features engineers have developed and ensure they match your designs.
Work with engineering squads throughout the feature development process.
Use your intuition to create exceptional products, straying from PRDs when necessary.
Continuously stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices.
About You
You are an extraordinary product designer who creates user interfaces that fill people with delight.
A person who does not settle for "good", and strives for "great".
A forward-thinker who can consistently come up with great, unique ideas.
Somebody willing to put in hard work to meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience designing a B2B SaaS or consumer tech product.
